When attempting to book the first time the price went up as i was doing it, so I cancelled the booking. Shortly afterwards I received a message from my credit card company asking if I recognised some recent purchases one of which was the new amount on Amoma but with a different name so I said I didn't recognise it. The card company assured me they were genuine but cancelled the purchase anyway as I had not completed it. I then received a 5% off email so went ahead and got a better deal. No idea what went on with the first attempt but it lost them a star!
Great hotel at good price. Loved it no hassle booked in late at night and this was no problem. Easy aces to where we needed to get to good connection to bus and tube services

Excellent hotel, check in fast and efficient and the room was amazing. I didn't eat in the hotel so I can't comment on that option. Largest tv I have ever had in a hotel room

I made a reservation for a hotel in London for myself and my family. When I arrived in London the hotel has no record of my reservation or name. I had to find alternative lodging at midnight on a Friday night. Amoma customer service kept me on hold for hours and never resolved my issue. When I demanded a full refund they told me that i didn't cancel within the 24 hour window so they can't refund the money. How can i cancel a reservation that was never made? Stay away
You are charged a $13 international transaction fee (if you're paying from the US), which they don't tell you about.
Also I'd avoid this service if you're booking something for work. They're receipts don't include your payment method, making reimbursement a pain.
I've also found their customer service as very antagonistic.

My boyfriend and I always take in a Leaf's exhibition game vs Red Wings and stay downtown. Amoma was very quick and the most reasonable price. The hotel was great with the Amoma reservation. I will use them again for another overnight stay where I can.
MADE RESERVATIONS IN A HOTEL FOR HURRICANE IRMA. CALLED THE HOTEL THE FOLLOWING DAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER AND HOTEL CONFIRMED. GOT TO THE HOTEL ON THE EVE TO THE STORM, WHEN WE WENT TO CHECK IN, OUR RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED BY AMOMA! AND BY THE WAY IT WAS PAID IN FULL. WE HAD TO LEAVE, SINCE THE HOTEL WAS TOTALLY BOOKED, SHELTERS WERE ALSO FULL. WE HAD NO PLACE TO GO! IT WAS THE MOST TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE THAT YOU CAN IMAGINE... CALLED AMOMA, NO ANSWER, OUR DAUGHTER CALLED AND STAYED ON THE PHONE OVER 1 HOUR, NO ANSWER. SENT EMAILS, TOLD ME THYE WOULD INVESTIGATE... JUST NOW GOT ONE STATING THEY GAVE US A REFUND. HOW DARE THEY CANCEL THAT RESERVATION SO IMPORTANT TO US, IN THE MIDDLE OF SUCH PRECARIOUS MOMENT! NEVER GAIN IN MY LIFE.

Good location and close to subway station and has lots of food you can find near by, nice room but better pay more to have breakfast at the main tower.
We booked the Sun coast, super easy, thenroom was actually really nice as was the Hotel/Casino in general.
