Great service, friendly people as well as being very helpful. No problems with my reservations either.
Was treated wonderfully by all staff -- from the front desk officers, the elevator operators, to the maid who came in to make sure I had everything I needed. I was upgraded and the room could not have been more elegant. Would stay there anytime.

I never heard of the name of AMOMA.COM before so I was slightly worried about my booking. But the experience of check in and check out was same as the direct booking.

Weather outside was very cold, but the room was clean and warm, breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly would stay again
After struggling to finds way into the hotel from the NEC, my Satnav could not get me there from the post code, the room was compact (to say the least) and in need of some return. The ground floor window looked out onto the car park and there was no net curtain! People entering the gym had to walk through the swimming pool, with shoes they may have worn outside on, with no covers. We ate in the restaurant to save going back to the NEC area, but this was empty, I think because the prices were high and the menu on the posh side. All in all this is not a night I would repeat, orvould recommend.

We chose the hotel as it is on a side street off Collins next to a friends condo. The reviews were mixed but we ended up with a room on 3rd facing south, and the beds were comfortable. Apparently our room had been redone recently. The breakfast room in the lobby was crowded and spartan so we took breakfast elsewhere. Parking is an issue and you must park in an all night garage for about $15-20 per night on 17th Street which is quite a walk.
Booked a two night stay with Amoma. Showed up to the hotel and found out the reservation had been cancelled three days prior as there were no available rooms and the hotel had notified the booking agency. Amoma never sent me an email to let me know there was a problem. I had to try and find a room on a Friday night at 9:00 pm with no help from Amoma. My trip had to be cut short due to all hotels being sold out. All Amoma did was supposedly offer a refund but it has yet to post. Will never use this site again as they bill you upfront for rooms that may be unavailable. Ruined my vacation that I took time off work for.

I tried several other sites to find a room and Amoma came through for us. Hyatt Regency in Sydney is the perfect location.
No hidden fees. No surprises at check in. Paid a hundred dollars less a night, than the hotel's site was charging. Pleased.

Clean and spacious room with own coffee maker and refrigerator. We loved it! Clean beds, and extra warm blankets on the cabinet drawers.
