Complete Scam
March 7, 2018

At the time booking it showed can be cancelled for 9 days. The next days cancellation request was denied stating that can not be cancelled sue to cancellation policy. I sent the screen shot of the booking and all the details and they still denied. They are there to scam you, beware. Please read trip advisor and others before falling to their trap.

Buckerell lodge exeter

Booked with Amoma before for the same hotel.
Easy to book.
Hotel is ideal for getting into Exeter and surrounding areas.
Hotel a little bit tired looking but rooms very clean and everything you need is there.
Breakfast had all the usual foods and it was always piping hot.
Would reccommed to anyone

My payment was declined but was phoned straight away offering a cheaper price booking direct over the phone, all worked out well no issues all booked and got a great deal!

Excellent experience

Easy to book and didnt have any glitches. The accommodations were comfortable for the price. Checkin and out was easy and there was s restaurant nearby, which was a plus.

On 26/02 I searched on the website Trivago options for 2 nights in Praia do Forte - BA (Brazil), lodging on 03/30.
I ended up finding the "Iberostar Praia do Forte" hotel and was redirected by Trivago to the partner operator Amoma.com, a company with headquarters in Europe with no operation in Brazil.
I made the purchase (reservation *******) and when I went to confirm in the Reservations department of the hotel, my reservation was completed by the operator in another hotel of the group, in the "Iberostar Bahia", of lower category. My voucher and data are correct in the email, but the reservation in the hotel system is divergent.
I have been trying to contact Amoma.com for days, no one returns with any solution. The phones are from other countries, emails are in English and no one returns me.
I need a solution with the reservation at the correct hotel.

Great experience

St, James Hotel is just wonderful and perfect, a real joy for my wife Margaret and myself to stay on my special invitation to Buckingham Palace on Wednesday 28th February

L'hòtel regina est bien centré. PROPRE et DESUET.
Notre chambre donnait sur la route avec de bonnes fenêtres et
Seuls les trams nous ébranlaient par le bruit et les vibrations dès 4h30 env.
L'accueil est absolument NUL- CAUCASIEN... ALORS QUE JE PARLE LEUR LANGUE!
Ce n'est pas l'endroit où je retournerai.
SI VOUS VOUS Y AVENTUREREZ... DEMANDEZ A NE PAS ETRE SUR LA ROUTE!

Had to cancel my entire trip because Amoma's site booked the wrong dates (by 1 day). I called immediately after booking to see if they would help me given the site error and they refused to do anything at all. I would have had to change my flights incurring a $200 fee and take extra PTO to accommodate the site error. I tried calling several times, working with the hotel, and pleading for assistance and they could honestly care less. Now, I'm paying the full hotel price for a trip I can't even go on.

Hard and fast rules regardless of circumstance so book through a company that cares more about their customers and truly listens to their needs.

And they're about to comment on this with some canned bull$#*! about non-refundable reservation bookings and honestly, save it.

The location is very good and room condition is awesome. I love the atmosphere and design. The room is quiet large. Price is very reasonable with those facilities. The breakfast is good too. Additionally, I feel that all of staffs try to make me happy during my stay. They gave me some free gift during my stay. I love them so much. They have SPA and massage facility. I quiet enjoyed the aroma therapy massage. I would recommend Sultania hotel for Istanbul travel.

Was ok

Received the room late even there were empty rooms and the amoma fees are to high. The lady at reception was new and had no idea about her job and ddnt care how cold was outside. Just told us to wait 6 hours...

Just an overnight stay after a girls night out. Room was clean, very spacious. Great having a 12pm check out. Breakfast was good and also served until a decent time. Couldn't ask for more. Would definety stay here again
