All ok but toilet was on a step so if you are small your legs will be dangling. But good over all. Breakfast ok
Breakfast was good! Stafff were helpful and very welcoming! The bed could do with a larger duvet! The carpet was grubby looking but that's just through wear and tear! Housekeeping was excellent room was very clean!
Perfectly placed hotel with excellent facilities and staff. Exceptional from the moment you check in to the time to check out. Nice touches with the daily features in the dining and reception areas. The room was very nice and exceptionally clean. Just minutes from the city centre and great value for money.
Easy to book. Accommodation close to hotel. There were no foreign channels on TV as described on the website. Way too many emails from the site. Sometimes confusing. First received an email I still need to pay - however I already payed when did the booking. A few minutes later another email with the confirmation. I think altogether like 7 emails for one booking!

Although there was a misunderstanding at first as the voucher did not arrive within the 24 hours as stated, the booking was as requested and everything was wonderful, thank you Amoma.
The quality of the reservation is good. The hotel is in very good location. The room is clean the furniture is too old but for two or three days it is not so important. Only the hotel have the problem with heating and warm water. The service of the reception was perfect.
There are several other hotels nearby... spend the extra $$$. Well worth it! If you are looking for a micro room where no one speaks to you or makes eye contact or answers questions or returns phone calls. Then Microtel is for you!

Simple and straight forward booking procedure. Best prices on the internet at the time. Good link up with hotel for special requests. All in all a very easy and hassle free experience.
I wish I could rate this a negative. I called to change my date because of a medical emergency 2 days before my reservation and all they did was lie, and contradict everything they said. On the site it says you can change your date as long as its within 72 hours and call. I had medical documentation that travel was not an option.
- I called and they use a 3rd party and cant contact them.
- they then said that I should cancel first then try and get a refund (trying to scam me)
- they told me they already charged the hotel (youre hotel doesnt charge you until the day of)
- I decided to call the hotel myself and they said Amoma never called them and that they would not have a problem canceling or changing the date and left a note so they know when they called.
- they couldnt share who purchased the room so I can ask them myself
- they waited until the day after my reservation to tell me they cant change the dates for me
- I can go on and on.
- mortal of my story, I need to first check other review website and check before I book with a company because they have a reputation of being fraudulent.
