So, Amoma contacted me after seeing the review and said they would look into my account and see what they can do... Absolutely no response since, this is a company that does not care about the customer that keeps the lights on.
We booked a non-refundable reservation (my fault), but we never expected my wife. Who was 8 weeks pregnant (now 13) to get as sick as she did when we landed in Paris. The Doctor had cleared our trip and so off we went. The minute she landed and none stop from there coughing and puking. All our reservations Tours, hotels, and even United Airlines were so compassionate and understanding, but not Amoma or the hotel we got through them. Our doctor wrote a letter to everyone saying it was imperative my wife get home for treatment. We left 4 days later giving her time to adjust to her blood thinners (oh yes blood disorder so she takes meds whenever we travel) again all thsi was approved by doctors. Amoma could care less, they never followed up, I even said at least give us 50% of our booking fee back and they just have ignored us since. I would STAY away from this site there are so many that are better. Matter fact, I would go directly to the company's site to book. It is because of companies like Amoma that I rather not use these site. I mean My wife is pregnant and it was an emergency and these people acted like it was nothing serious.
After reviewing AMOMA.COM and finding myself in a very difficult position, i. E. booked wrong dates on a Non-Amendable/Non Cancellable contract, I had little faith in getting any kind of refund. But... all credit to AMOMA they refunded most of my money (I gladly accepted a small administration cost) and was then free to re-book a hotel for the correct dates (with another provider - sorry AMOMA).
So after quite a few emails/phone calls etc I was pleasantly surprised to see most of my money repaid back into my account. - Many Thanks AMOMA for your kind understanding - ray t
Very clean hotel very close to town centre. On 18th floor but room was ideal would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Leeds and will definitely be back

Everything was OK in the hotel. The wellness is nice but not too huge so, more than 20 people at the same time is a crowd.
I book a hotel in AMOMA.com and get a simple confirmation. I doubt it is not true at the first time. In fact, it is true. I like your speed however.
Overall good experience, with the only exception of a weird text message which Ive received after successfully completing my booking. The text asked me to immediately contact them in relation to my booking without any further explanation. Firstly it was an international number (hence I paid for the phone call). Secondly, when I called, I was put on waiting for more than 10minutes. At that point I gave up. That was just an unnecessary waste of time and money.
I was quite satisfied with the on-line experience! I am looking forward to making my next hotel reservation through Amoma.com!
Never used the site before, found an incredible price for New Orleans during Marti Gras. Tried it as it saved me 100 bucks. Got to the Hotel they already had the payment voucher and my room was ready early. Who could ask for me. Easypeasy!
I stayed in a 5 star hotel in Bangkok for a very good price.
The booking was very easy to make.
They have the best prices for the best deals.
The booking did not present any problem in the checking in. The hotel stay eas good and the location convenient.
Had to make a last minute reservation & found AMOMA offering rate about 50% lower than others. Thanks AMOMA!

I was able to get a great price on a central hotel. The price on Amona was cheaper than I could find on the hotel's website or elsewhere. It pays to shop around.
