Great location in Brooklyn for shopping, getting to city. Easy Uber pick up. Room was nice, but needs some TLC, dirty carpet. Elevators were slow for the amount of floors and guests. I would stay there again.
My experience with booking through Amoma for Miami Beach was seamless. A bonus was I was not required to pay the "resort fees" that were charged by the hotel which was great as I wasn't interested in laying by a pool. The hotel was as described and I would stay there again, however, my room was not as appeared on the website - it was a shabbier version. All in all good however.

I recently travelled to Brazil and made 2 separate bookings - one in Salvador and one in Rio. The Rio offer was at the Copacabana Palace for 4 nights, and was much cheaper than on any other site but some 40%.
Unfortunately the online payment did not work and I had to telephone to make payment. But that glitch aside, the hotels had received our reservations and our stays worked perfectly.

Everything was perfect, we got to sit where we wanted when we wanted and with everything we ordered was great everyone was very pleasant and nice
My two daughters and a friend used this site to book a room for a trip, I paid for the room with my credit card. When the girls arrived, they were NOT given the room that was promised to them, and had to scramble to find another place to stay. The hotel where they were supposed to stay could not refund the money I had paid for their room, because it had been booked via an outside company. I tried to work with this company to get a refund. However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone in this company, which happens to be in France. The overseas phone number given on the website doesn't work. There is no way to chat or email anyone. I had to turn the problem over to my credit card company, but it will be 6-8 weeks before I get my money back.
I will NEVER use this site again, and I hope nobody else will have the nightmare I just had with them.

I was looking on Trivago to find the best price for a particular hotel in London, UK. It came up with Amoma, who I had never used before, so I was a little wary, but I decided to go with this. Part way through the booking process I was pleasantly surprised when they phoned me to say they could offer it even cheaper than the advertised price! My only criticism would be that the room descriptions could be a little confusing, but this is true of all hotel booking sites. I would certainly use Amoma again.

We arrived late to our destination due to weather at the airport and when we arrived at the hotel we were informed that we were upgraded. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations set up. We had a whole apartment setting for our use. A home away from home with excellent views and beach front, pool, restaurants and easy access to the towns. Check out was also a breeze and the hotel personnel were very pleasant. We were very pleased with AMOMA and will use them again no doubt.

NO STARS IF i COULD! DO NOT USE THIS SITE. We booked a hotel in Philadelphia for the flower show a month before through AMOMA. This was a non-refundable booking. We had a booking confirmation but when we arrived late in the afternoon & tried to check in, the hotel had no reservation in our name. It took us 2 hours in the hotel lobby to contact someone at AMOMA through the online chat. THe phone number for the company is in Geneva, Switzerland, & I was placed on hold for over 20 mins through an automated system & finally hung up. I have no idea what that call will cost me. Due to the convention, that hotel & all hotels in the surrounding area were booked solid. We ended up driving 20 mins away to stay in a different hotel & had to drive back in the next morning. THis pretty much ruined our plans for a night out in Philly. I can't imagine what this would have been like if we had flown into a destination with no reservation. We were lucky we had the car, but it was so frustrating. AMOMA did refund the money charged, but I will NEVER use this site again, no matter what rates they advertise. THey cannot fulfill those cheap reservation promises & then just cancel your reservation without any notification. BUYER BEWARE
