We have spent a good time in the hotel with very friendly staff, good accommodation and large variety of diffrent food. We left the hortel with good memory and will consider viisiting the same hotel again.

The hotel is clean and room is big. There is lift which is very convenient for heavy luggages. Staff are nice and helpful. Just a little bit old but the location is very good, very close to the Old town plaza and the clock tower.
Wifi is not stable.

Thought I was booking using Trivago but then AMOMA showed up. The price they charged me was more than DOUBLE if I'd called the hotel and booked myself. Had to pay $60 to cancel. My fault for clicking too fast but in the future will not go anywhere near AMOMA or TRIVAGO!

Nous avons eu ce que nous avons acheté.
Je ne sais pas si c'est l'hôtel kantary à khao lak thailande qui veut avoir la reservation sur papier de amoma, quand tu pars 3 mois avec un sac à dos, tu n'a pas d'imprimante. Alors les numéro de confirmation devrait suffire comme partout en Thaïlande et au Vietnam.
Nous avons perdu au moins 1 hr 30, à essayer de se connecter à leur mauvais wifi. Tout cela parce qu'il voulait le papier, Amoma ou Kantary?

There was a problem with my online booking so I gave up. Within seconds I had a phone call from Amoma who completed the booking efficiently and honestly. I say honestly because I wasn't sure who Amoma were at the time, but everything was fine and I saved ££s by going through them.

Everything great. Only one irritation was the maid knocked on our door 3 times between 8am and 10am when we had the do not disturb sign on display to ask if she could come in to clean the room on the morning of our check out. In the end we just packed up and left way before the check out deadline time of 12 noon as she was standing outside our room waiting for us to leave.
