Stavo cercando un hotel a Londra con vari motori di ricerca. Ho fatto una ricerca anche con amoma.com poi mentre stavo utilizzando un altro sito mi chiamano dal centralino di amoma per dirmi che se volevo l'hotel che avevo visto 10 minuti prima adesso era disponibile con uno sconto. A questo punto ho prenotato e ho pagato con la carta di credito. Nel pomeriggio mi arriva una comunicazione che la prenotazione è stata cancellata da amoma e che in 4 / 5 giorni ricevo il rimborso. Io adesso ho perso tempo e dovrò di nuovo fare una ricerca. Oltretutto il mio denaro resta nelle mani di amoma e chissà quando me lo restituiscono. COMPLIMENTI PER LA PROFESIONALITA'. Lo sconsiglio a tutti

Hotel itself was very nice, and the Hotel Reception was very happy and helpful at all times. An excellent breakfast selection, and flexibility with later checkout time was also greatly appreciated.

The employees were so nice and helpful. The room was clean and beds were good. The only thing we didnt like were the pillows. But over all a great place. I would stay here again.

Had very bad experience with Amoma. I booked a hotel, booking numbertel: ******* and their team confirmed by email and by phone that I can refund it 100% with no penalty, when I submitted the cancellation request when I found better option on the Amoma itself, I received a confirmation email that 0 deduction will be made however, I found that they deducted 60$ when they made the refund. I emailed them with no response. Then after I posted it on trust pilot one from their CS called me asked for the credit card statement which I sent, he apologize when he saw the mistake and told me it will take 30 days to solve it. Then I found an email from different person stating they sent me an email saying according to the clause number 4 and 5they dont have to refund anything.

We had a short break in Paris and the hotel was ideal for us. It was within walking distance of Monmatre, Gare du Nord and the Palais Garnier, which suited us very well. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was good. We would happily stay there again.
