We booked to attend the Ideal Home Exhibition in London and wanted to stay at a hotel as close as possible. Also as we were driving we needed somewhere safe to park for the weekend. Amoma found us a hotel next door to the Olympia exhibition hall which had a car park, at a very good price for the weekend. The hotel was great with lovely food and brilliant staff, being so well located made our break really relaxing, thank you.
Staffs of this hotel were very kind. They helped us to carry our luggage. The design of hotel was fantastic, too! I love their gorgeous lobby and also, there was free lemon water to drink there. The hotel was almost next to the train station, so you don't need to worry about the time when you arrive in Copenhagen at night at the airport. It was the reasonable price to compare with other hotel...^^
I booked with AMOMA and received a confirmation/voucher. I then verbally confirmed with a member of the Sheraton hotel that I had a booking with them. When I arrived at the hotel, I was notified by the hotel staff that the booking had been cancelled by a third party being referred to by the hotel as Hotel Beds. I was not aware of their involvement in my booking, and AMOMA was not aware that they had cancelled anything. The hotel manager denied having any record of the cancellation or any phone calls in general, and said he could not assist in any way.
On the phone with AMOMA, I made it clear I wanted to be refunded due to this unexpected inconvenience, and an AMOMA representative named * told me I would be refunded in full because they knew the cancellation was not made by me. I was then emailed by * to tell me AMOMA was still waiting for a reply from their supplier. I am currently contacting my bank to go through the charge dispute process.
Do not, DO NOT, book with this company. There is an unreliable third party involved that has no problem leaving you on the street with no room at the last minute, after you flew across the entire country for a business trip. Fishy doesn't begin to describe it.

Saved $100 compared to other sites on a 4 star hotel. The service was exceptional and the location perfect.
Excellent flight with TAP airlines although very difficult to get boarding passes. Ended up having to call their number... to INDIA for 35 minutes. Free drinks and snack on plane though and no need to pay for window seats as every couple guaranteed one!
Hotel perfect! Very central and lovely staff. Can't fault it.

I booked a hotel through Amoma and saved approx. $50/night compared to other hotel discount websites, and got free breakfast! I was nervous about the booking after reading negative reviews about people's experience with Amoma, but everything turned out great! I emailed the hotel about a week after my initial booking to confirm that they had my reservation. The hotel itself was excellent & the included breakfast was great as well! No complaints. I will definitely consider using Amoma again for future bookings!
Efficient staff, clean room, plenty of choices for breakfast. I would stay again. If arriving from the airport a complicated junction has to be negotiated.
Booked a short trip to Victoria Hotel, Sliema, Malta. Easy booking process, excellent price for a lovely hotel. Special request made and dealt with appropriately. Couldn't fault it. Definitely will use AMOMA again.

This hotel is more on a par with a budget chain hotel in the U. K. Good location, poor selection on buffet breakfasts. Heat lamps for keeping food hot unfortunately didn't do that and need replaced and upgraded.
Mixed bag of staff some very pleasant others rude. Room service poor. Stayed 9 nights and on most occasions room wasn't serviced till close to 7pm. Just not acceptable. Three times we had to request the room to be cleaned as we had thought they had forgotten.
Pool has about 28 sun beds but only 6 sun umbrellas. Unbelievable.
In summary there has to be much better hotels available.

I saw another review here that had the same issue I had with Amoma booking site. I booked a room for a certain date and after filling out my credit card info, i got a pop up that said that someone already took the final room at that price. So I made another booking for another room and this time entered my credit card info and hit send. But then when I got my confirmation email, I noticed that the dates were wrong - it read APRIL 9 - 10. But I previously put in May 11-12. I called them immediately and tried to explain the situation, but they explained that since my room rate was non-refundable or changeable, there was nothing they could do. I really don't know how the dates were changed and I'm willing to accept the fault for not double checking, but I'm quite positive that the dates were correct before I hit send the second time. But I can't prove it. I knew how ridiculous it would sound for me to say that their system changed my dates, so I told them that I don't know how the dates were changed, but I was willing to accept the mistake. They told me that they had to call their supplier and it depended on them. I was promised an email or call back within 3 days. But didn't hear from them. So I called 4 times over the course of 5 days but they claimed that the supplier was not responding to them. Finally 1 week later, I called again and the agent called me back to say that the supplier said nothing could be done because the supplier said that the hotel would not budge on the dates. I then called Amoma again and asked to speak with another person in the modifications department. He told me that if I could get the hotel manger to accept the changes, he would be more than willing to call them and make the changes. So I called the hotel manager and she said that would change it but she needed the hotel booking site to call her and confirm the changes. So I called Amoma back and a lady named Akemi answered. She was very confrontational in her approach and unpleasant to speak with. When I told her that the hotel manager told me that she didn't receive a call regarding my situation from the supplier, she challenged the validity of that claim. I wanted to express my frustration why it was so difficult to make this happen when the hotel was willing? It took me only 1 hour to verify with the hotel that this was possible, but why did it take them a week to respond to me saying that it was not possible? I was then given an email the following day that stated again, there was nothing they could do. I really don't trust that their "suppliers" actually called the hotel.
Ultimately, I understand that I'm responsible for failing to make proper notes and screen shots of my dates when making my reservation, but I find it odd that another person had the same issue I had with the exact wrong dates when processing! Yes, their rates are better than any other company out there, but they are absolutely terrible in customer service and follow through.
Amoma was not able to assist with my booking amendment due to the death of my grandmother. Despite providing warning well in advance, no assistance was provided to help amend my booking. I wont be using them again to book travel.

I was very skeptical of using this site as it has some bad over seas reviews. But my room was confirmed the next morning after I booked it. Great service and they also sent me an additional 5% off offer.

The hotel is beautiful with a great location overlooking the water, next to the bike/pedestrian bridge and a very short walk from a train station. If you like malls there is a huge mall a two minute walk away. The people who work at the hotel are very friendly and knowledgable. The room is not big, but it was a fine size, the bed was comfortable and they have a fantastic soaking bathtub which was a treat after walking 10 miles on cobblestone everyday. They have a fleet of bikes for rent and an amazing breakfast served in a gorgeous dining room overlooking the water. The breakfast was included in our room rate. I would highly recommend this hotel!
I admit I was worried by some of the damning reviews but decided to book and check directly with the hotel that they had a reservation for me before I travelled. Within 48 hours from booking with Amoma my reservation was confirmed by the hotels reception. I would not hesitate to use this company again

Good location - 3 min walk to vivocity and mrt station. Good price comes with complimentary mini bar, good water pressure for shower, and comfy bed.
Staff helpful and polite, hotel clean, very satisfied with room... overall great!
Hotel was situated in a very convenient place for the city centre and public transport. If visit Cardiff again would consider staying at this hotel again.
