My experience with AMOMA was simple and easy with the greatest of efficiency and up to date information being made available to be to help better my decision making process. Not only did I use AMOMA for my hotel booking but I also took advantage of the car rental discount that the site offered to me as well.

We were a family with kids and a pet. Everyhting was ok. In any case I strognly advice travellers with pets that even the hotel accepts pets, when you arrive, they ask you to sign a mandatory statement where you promise NEVER LEAVE ALONE your pet at the room. Which is very unconvenient and a last minute condition.
Amazing hotel from reception breakfast staff all were exceptionally helpful at all times. Very close to all amenities and some great restaurants. Literally 5min to metro monasteraki

We had a great stay overnight in Marriott Hotel. Me and my wife really enjoyed our room. The hotel was very close to the casino and restaurants. We had dinner at a nearby restaurant and went back to the hotel in the evening for a bottle of beer in their minibar at the lobby.
My Experience With AMOMA.com was great. I will use them again. Great price and no hassles. I don't like how I have to use 100 characters in my review though - total BS
The Hotel is at best location next to BTS Skytrain with many good Restaurants and Pubs nearby.
The rooms are clean but noisy when facing Sukhumvit Road.
Try to get a room backside.
We had a great Two night stay near the beach! The room was clean and so comfortable! Enjoyed the breakfast each morning- thank you!

This site was easy and saved me a lot of money on the desired hotel I wanted in Phoenix AZ. I was very nervous to use AMOMA because of the bad reviews online but my experience for my 4-2017 trip was awesome and I will use this site again. The savings was significant and I had no problems when I checked into the hotel and my credit card was charged correctly.

I love the location of the hotel and it's staff hospitality very accommodating. I will be surely recommending the hotel to my relatives and friends.
Booked a room in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) with Amoma on evening of 15th April 2017 as their advertised price was around 20% less than any other site (Booking.com, AGODA etc.)
I phoned the hotel the next day to ask about baby cots and also confirm our booking. Hotel had not received any booking, so I was a little worried as I had never used Amoma before - did some internet searches about Amoma and got more worried due negative reviews from quite a lot of disappointed customers!
Next I phoned their customer services telephone number in both UK and Switzerland but got no reply, just placed on hold listening to taped messages and music. Today (17 April) I got an email from the hotel to say they have my booking confirmed and that the booking was made via an agent called "Hotel Beds". It seems that Amoma sub-contracts to local agents which may be why some people have more problems than others - it all depends on the efficiency of the local agents.
For charges - I was charged a small fee for using a credit card to book the room (this was disclosed before I paid) and my card was charged exactly what was expected. In the end I am happy because I got a good deal on the room but was a little nervous in the beginning since it was the first time I ever used this company.
I may go back to my regular booking site in the future for peace of mind - but for this booking all seemed to go well for me. Lucky? Maybe, but I'm happy so far.
I booked knowing the company was not ATOL protected so paid by credit card. The hotel confirmed the room was booked by return of email and I saved over £100 for a 5 night stay againstvthe next lowest price. I even used their transfer partner and saved on that too! Really pleased!
