Ordering and shipping was fast. The Power stop brake kit arrived a day earlier than expected. But when I opened the box, one of the two sensor wires was missing. I called American trucks back and was sent a form to fill out for the missing parts that goes to brake supplier. Still no confirmation on if or when I'm going to get the missing part. Cant start repairs or use the truck.
Great selection of parts and descriptions annd customer service. Only downside is the bombardment of emails trying to get you to by more once you make a purchase. This is why I hate leaving my email but you have no choice.
Putting new 295x70x18 tires so a 1.75 inch ready leveling kit is going in. Everyone is have spoken to was great but when you call in you can't get anyone right away and you get hung up on several times unless your lucky.
Why would you advertise a product as available, if it'll take a whole month for yall to ship? I called and yall said the item come direct from the manufacturer. You guys should advertise as product not in stock and typically takes 2/3 weeks to ship….

Yet great service again and timely delivery but disappointed i didn't receive the free promo (missing air freshener).
I am a newly acquired customer and look forward to the reviews for AT cash and any of the free promos so was disappointed it was not included (albeit it was just an air freshener).

But I received email, my order from 2 boxes one of them shipped one of them waiting 14 weeks, not cool to hear that. So what I need to do with one Box? Better to hold it and ship later on together.

This tonneau cover is shipped in two separate boxes and due to an inventory error, we only had one of the boxes to ship to you. We reviewed our inventory and at this time we do not have an estimated date when we will receive the other box to have it shipped to you. Please know this is not indicative of the level of service we strive to provide to our customers.
If you would like to wait until the second box is back in stock, we will keep the order open, and we will reach out to you when it is available. The other option is that you can contact our Customer Service Team, and they will be happy to set up a return of the box that you did receive. I made notes on your order, that if you would like to set up a return for refund, that we can have the item picked up at your residence so you do not need to take it to the shipping company.
Due to this experience, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future purchase and is valid until 5/31/2026.

I have always been able to find what I need here. The fitment check is always accurate, selection is great and earning rewards on every purchase is fantastic. I can't say enough about American trucks. I use them for just about everything. I just bought a new set of wheels for my truck and soon plan on buying my tires from them as well.
I ordered and replaced my driver's side power mirror on my 2018 Ram. Ordering was easy and a tech was available to answer my question. It arrived within a week and after watching the provided YouTube video, I had the old mirror off and the new one on in about an hour. Not bad for a little old lady, learning to do things for myself.
Purchased an open box coil pack set. Despite accidentally entering the wrong shipping address part arrived the same week and I don't believe it was an open box. Everything was absolutely perfect. Truck runs like a scalded cat with a new functional coil packs.
Once again, American trucks came through with a performance part significantly cheaper than what I was gonna pay at the dealership even with discounts
I pur hased a set of headlight housings and from the point of finding the site to driving down the road with the lights, its been awsome, install was easy peasy and they look great, seems like they'll hold up to the weather for a wile... good enough for my house!
I found a company that would install these for me on my 08' GMC pickup, Covered up some rust, that was showing up and they look great on my truck. I did pay a bodyshop, to put them on for me.
I am still waiting on on my rear shocks that I ordered. When I check on my or on your site it shows no status on them being shipped. My front shocks and seat cover arrived on time.

We work hard to have our website updated with the correct inventory, and unfortunately we fell short of our goal and more importantly your expectations with this order.
We reached out to the manufacturer, as they were the ones shipping the shocks to you, and they shared that the rear shocks are currently on back order. They are expected to be back in stock in late March, early April.

I've heard a lot about making orders over the web. It's always good to know when you make a order you can also make a phone call to check on the parts you are ordering fit your vehicle, American Trucks does that and the parts are GREAT and the price is not bad either.
I'm very simple, easy to find what I need. I get what I need. Pay for it. Get see you in a couple days and they have videos to say how to install. If you have to I can't find that anywhere. So thank you guys
Unit has been good so far, but was missing A/C module required for manual A/C. Also, can't seem to make the mic work in the truck anymore. CarPlay is great and screen responsiveness is fast.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
