You should not use Fed Express. I have had meds that were questionable to use so they are not viable. We made arrangements to have someone install the awaited mirror and as it kept saying for a week with my meds, my package is expected by day end. Then delivery next day.
Not sure what is considered by day end. So now not sure when I can have installation scheduled.
It was easy to order the correct part and easy to install. The price of the part was 6 times less than the from the dealership. Just installed it, so I don't know if it will last as long as the original.

Found it easy to navigate. Prices were competitive. Military discount is a great feature. The only thing I could not find how to do was the limited free shipping per email add if order by the next few days. I ordered that day, but the free shoot was not offered once inside the site

I ordered an exhaust system for my Ram 2500 and my credit card was immediately charged. I then received a notice the it was out of stock and that my credit card would not be charged until it shipped (too late). The estimated ship date is 1/8/26. I have since received no less than 6 emails offering the same exhaust with delivery before Christmas. Two calls to customer service both indicated an issue with the manufacturer. In fairness, the second one sent me a $20 voucher, but you need to work on your process. I have even gotten an email asking for pictures of a product I haven't received.

I have been spammed with marketing emails all while you have withheld my order. I placed an order for an e-gift certificate and am still waiting for it three days later. Customer service tells me it is on hold but cannot give me a reason. This was a gift that is now going to be late.

I bought the powerstop full break kit in 2020 and after 60k+ miles im replacing the front rotors and pads all around. Good wear. Great product. Worth the cost.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
