I never received my last two orders. It's the items we're supposed to be in stock. And a month later, it came out that they were not in stock. So I don't have any good feedback to give so far.
I understand why we lose military with the vip but that should be something that is mention before signing up. Unhappy about it. Will not sign up for vip again

Fine... a bit confusing. When I first logged in to look at the item it displayed a screen that showed a variety of colors available... including silver and grey. I tried to determine which I would need, but the selection disappeared. I went to your chat room and was told it was only available in flat black, which I eventually ended up ordering.
It's Nice to have someone in sales that can help you like Nathan. You can verify fit and availability plus its just cool to have a human to run things by.
I have purchased several products from American Trucks, the pricing is always competitive and the quality is always as advertised. If you need parts for you truck and A/T doesn't have it then it probably does not exist.
I like AT because they have a wide variety of products from performance to accessories. And having open box or used parts options is great way to save money on things you want or need.
I found what I was looking for either plenty of product description along with photos and videos. Purchased a Redrock cold air intake for my 2026 Chevy Silverado RST 5.3 L, fingers crossed it works as advertised
Locating and purchasing the parts I needed was easy and it's getting received in normal time (within a week). The reason for the 2 stars is the extreme amount of emails being generated post purchase. I'll bet I've received close to 10-11 emails since buying these asking for reviews and pushing other products. Removed myself from emails even after selecting to not be sent marketing.

Ever since american muscle i have bought from your company and have never ever had a bad experience. Even when somthing comes out wrong. You guys make it right. You make custom auto part shopping feel so simple and without any stress at all. Please never change that about this company. All of my experiences have been great with you all! Fast shipping and great customer service whenever I call. Everyone on the AT and AM team seem to know a lot about the products you all are selling. Very impressive honestly. If only the local auto parts stores had employees like the AT and AM team, then locating parts would not be a pain.
Ordered a leaf spring, was on back order but was never told. Website said they were in stock. Called customer service to see what was going on and was assured that they "just got them back in stock and I will be getting tracking info in the next day or two". Two months later of the run around I cancelled my order because no one could tell me what is going on. For the inconvenience I was given a $20 credit that expired in a week. Thanks…….

We do show that these items were cancelled and your original payment method was refunded on 10/20/2025. I recently ordered the hood visor or bug screens for my ranger I just bought having difficulty finding aftermarket parts so far your company is the only one that selling parts for this I'm also looking for a locking gas cap not door but gas cap
Ordered a Cold Air Inductions CAI for my 2019 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss LT with the 5.3 L engine.
Ordered late in the day and arrived at my doorstep in less then 48 hours.
2 hours later, I had it installed and looking and running great.
American Trucks has so much of the parts that every truck enthusiast could ever want to put on their trucks or SUVs. Great service and their support for the service men and women and first responders is phenomenal.
I looked at the rear step and a few days later all steps became "on sale" after I looked at them. I'll try this again because this was probably dynamic pricing.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
