I looked at the rear step and a few days later all steps became "on sale" after I looked at them. I'll try this again because this was probably dynamic pricing.
Good. There were no instructions and my parts had 2 different adjusters on them one side Phillips and the other was star bit.
Have a couple trucks I've been working on. Every order shipped fast. Have had issues with both orders... but customer service IMMEDIATELY fixed the problem and got me what I needed. That detail right there in today's world has earned them my business. And will keep earning them my busines!
My item was on the way and scheduled to be delivered on jan. 3rd. Then it turned back the other way and went all the way to California from Texas on the way to MS. I tried in vain to get American trucks to contact FedEx about it and they says we'll have to wait as it says still moving. It set in California for 8 days and when a trace was finally put in it it came to me in 2 days. My truck was apart for 11 extra days due to a lack of diligence on American trucks part.
Products were easy to find. Description and reviews made it easy to select the correct ones.
Prices were comparable and delivery fast.
I had a problem with the installation of my Tesla style screen. Thanks to American Trucks, I was able to get an adaptor to fit my truck, and allow the backup camera to be viewed in both the rear-view mirror, and the
Tesla style screen.
I ordered these which was easier. Matched the make/model came quickly about a week. Installed the front ones which I didn't receive and instructions. Used the video on the website which honestly was useless. So I just removed factory screws and lined up the flap and reinstalled factory screws which worked fine and was very secure. The next morning I drove to work. Stopped to fuel and noticed that the driver flap was already cracked. One rock on the first drive and it cracked out the flap. I also checked the passenger side and it had a through hole where a rock shot straight through it. So the plastic was to brittle and obviously will be destroyed in no time.

In reviewing your order, this item does come with a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers the original purchaser, covering breakage or tearing under normal use for the life of the vehicle, but not covering misuse, accidents, or improper installation.

Ordered this mirror, shipping took a week. It came in a flat thin box, with a plastic bag over that.
When I cut the bag, it was obvious the box had been folded, along with the mirror.
Now waiting for manufacturer to "approve" replacement. I needed the mirror a week agoβ¦β¦. JS

Very easy to find what you need very upfront and if you need help there's someone there on chat. If you're not familiar with that you can call and they're more than happy to help you with what you need.
I ordered a part for my truck. Shipping said 3-4 days. I was shocked to find it at my door 2 days later. The item was shipped in manufacturer's box so was packed well.
The web site is easy to us. I've bought from American Trucks before and the service is always excellent.
1/13 - ordered exhaust with estimated delivery later part of the month
1/15 - sent me a $30 off notification for an item I just ordered
1/15 - sent me notification that item is out of stock and not expected till mid to late February even though there was nothing on website regarding item being OOS.
1/16 - Received email stating item that I have already purchased is available when it's really not because it is currently out of stock
Since signing up, you've done nothing but bombard me with emails with conflicting information. Seems like you would automatically refund me the $30 since I just purchased the item and it's now OOS when that wasn't mentioned anywhere at time of purchase.

I ordered a radio upgrade and it arrived with no protective wrapping so one of the attach points was broken. 3-4 days later they approved my return. 2 days after that they issued a replacement.

I have a suburban and was looking at the cold air intakes. The ones that come up are for a Tahoe. I requested a chat to confirm if this would fit my vehicle. Within 30 minutes I received a call and they had confirmed with the maker that this part would fit my vehicle. No guessing or having to buy a part and return if it didn't work. Also in our call we talked about the differences between the oiled and dry and the different brands and plusses and minuses with them. Genuine interest in helping me purchase exactly what I was looking for and providing excellent customer service!

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

We do show that your order for the Winch Tray did ship, directly from the manufacturer, on 12/31/2025, but in reviewing the tracking, there was an issue where the barcode was not able to be read. When this occurs, it does cause a delay in the movement of the order.
Normally we ask for our customers to allow a few business days where there is no movement, and then reach out to us and we can set up a lost package claim. When you chatted in to us on 1/5/2026, there was movement on the package and it showed it was on its way to be delivered to Mississippi
