I have a suburban and was looking at the cold air intakes. The ones that come up are for a Tahoe. I requested a chat to confirm if this would fit my vehicle. Within 30 minutes I received a call and they had confirmed with the maker that this part would fit my vehicle. No guessing or having to buy a part and return if it didn't work. Also in our call we talked about the differences between the oiled and dry and the different brands and plusses and minuses with them. Genuine interest in helping me purchase exactly what I was looking for and providing excellent customer service!
Product was available and shipped the same day. Delivery was a few days later, and was very satisfied with the replacement tail light. The size and color was OEM.

I ordered this grille for a customer, first one came in damaged. Sent a second grille, undamaged but within a month the turn signals stopped working. Contacted support got approved for third replacement grille on 12/26/25. Still have not received 3rd replacement grille. Contacted support team again, and now just getting the run around. So I had to purchase 3rd grille out of my own pocket because I am being lied to.
Used the phone tree to get to the right person to answer my questions. Did not take very long, tech was knowledgeable and helpful with information about the product I wanted to order. He made sure it was the correct item, he was courteous and understanding.

I had to wait for a review to be done in order to get a return code 😂, So now I gotta drive a total of 3 hours back and fourth from fedex lol. I would have defended come and pick it up but I don't trust that. But it's all good lesson learned lol.
Ordered a power stop Z36 kit for my F150. Kit had the correct rotors and calipers but the brake pads were for Chevy SUV. I emailed costumer service to get correct pads sent to the shop. Person asked for part number on the box so I sent it. Messaged back telling me the pads was for a Chevy. After getting correct number for my order. I was told to remove the parts and ship the kit back and correct pads would be in new kit. After messaging back and forth few more times I just bought the correct pads. It was just to much aggravation and hassle

I called in to discuss options for tuners and air intakes for my 2020 F-150 w 3.5 EcoBoost. I am embarrassed I cannot remember my sales reps name, but he was OUTSTANDING at explaining my options and discussing my concerns. He made recommendations for other products I might consider as well but was never pushy in any way. I will definitely recommend American Trucks to all of my friends!
I could have just bought the part locally, but with AT I could get it by Wednesday, or so the shipping info that I paid money said. Once order was confirmed, the date changed to a later time. I would cancel my order if I could and just drive up to get the part... Now I have to wait all week to fix my truck

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

Thank you for your email regarding your recent service experience with AmericanTrucks. We are sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with the RedRock Baja Upper Replacement Grille with LED DRL and Sequential Turn Signals (09-14 F-150, Excluding Raptor).
We show that the first replacement for the gille was received on 11/10/2025. We do see that an email was sent to you on 12/26/2025, to initiate a return, but we do not show that we received the photos to initiate the return and replacement. When you contacted us on 1/13/2026, we shared that we would have the replacement shipped out but you asked us to cancel the replacement and placed a new order. We apologize for this confusion.
