We reviewed your orders and we saw that you placed an order for the tint in August 2025. We were unable to locate notes that you contacted us at that time to share that the item was received damaged. We do want our customers to let us know when they received an item that has been damaged so we can work to get a replacement shipped out. I have used AT for many upgrades on my 2014 ram. I just bought a 2019 Ram Warlock and needed upgrades. This is my place to shop. Always have the best choices and great value parts.
First time even knowing this company existed. Our local mechanic who attempted to install for me a track bar I purchased on EBay recommended calling this site. I called and gave the salesman a stock number and asked if he could check if it had the large bore on it. 2012 was a decided year for my truck the later produced trucks had a larger bore hole. Salesman went out of his way to check to make sure I had the proper track bar before placing order. I will be bookmarking them and most likely ordering other parts from them.
Customer service was super. The barrage of emails after the purchase was ridiculous and annoying.

$2900 ordered canceled after funds were cleared by my bank for "security" issues. AT blamed the bank. Bank insists they're was no problem on there end. No one at AT could give me an answer. I tried to escalate the call to a supervisor, but was not permitted to talk to one. They're still holding the funds. It all seems very sketchy.

I purchased a Ranch Hand Replacement Bumper for my 2026 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss LT on a Thursday night and was delivered to my house the next afternoon.
I followed the video you all provided, hooked everything up and it all went smoothly. However, sometimes the burglar alarm goes off right before it starts. Other than that everything's perfect
I had a great conversation with my representative. He was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to help me find a good set of rims and tires. I look forward to getting them installed and will be using AT.com again.
I received my order quickly. The system installed easily. It has a nice mellow sound. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is it is a resonator back not cat back exhaust system.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
