I don't know if there was a box to say I don't want to receive promotional material but my email was getting bombarded with marketing material after my order. The best salesman is good products and service not a deluge of emails about stuff I don't need. Hoping there's not 10 different lists to unsubscribe from.

I paid extra for next day shipping on my item. When I got home last night I had not yet rec'd the item. I tracked it and the last update was shoeing it in Olathe, KS the night it shipped. I live in Omaha, NE so it should have easily been delivered next day. I got on chat & was told the item was ret'd to sender? I was given options to cancel & reorder... it would ship in 3 days! WTH? I paid for next day del. For a reason. Issue was escalated then I was told the original order should arrive today. I was ok with that & Cleo was making every effort to help. (This is why 2 stars instead of 1) and she did at least refund the extra shipping cost. I've been busy & just got a chance to track it. Now the item shows it went from Olathe to Orlando, FL! And I'll be getting it on Monday! Beyond PO'd right now! Tried to chat again to address the issue only to get "We're away right now. Please check back later!" This sucks! Friday the 13th for sure!

We do show that you placed your order on 2/11, and you paid for the one-day shipping, but due to carrier delays, it was not delivered until 2/16. We did request the one-day shipping, we are unable to confirm why this shipped to Florida when it shipped from Kansas and you live in Nebraska. I was happy to hear that Cleo was able to assist you and refunded your one-day shipping fee.

I talked to a rep by the name of Jordan C he was a great help plus he gave me a small discount will definitely try to work with him again!

And they make it easy to talk to someone. Some things you know what you want, and you can just get it. But if you need to talk to someone, it saves you a lot of time googling and watching videos.
My wheels order came very quickly, good packaging, not a mark on them, black steel wheels look great on my dodge ram 2500, had them wrapped with 35 inch off road tires, competitive price great quality. Will buy from American Trucks again.
I wish their website kept better track of inventory instead im stuck paying for something that will now hopefully be here 3 weeks later then expected. Even though I did get notice of the out if stock notice maybe offering a discount on the item or just applying the discount automatically would have been even greater

We work hard to have our website updated with the most current inventory, there are times that once an order is submitted, and it is being shipped directly from the manufacturer, that they inform us that the item was out of stock and there would be a delay in shipping the item. We are working with our partners to have this information updated.
We show that you ordered the Aeroskin Hood Protector; Dark Smoke in the evening of 2/8/2026, and the original get it by date was noted on our site as 2/14-2/17, and then we were informed on 2/10 that the item may be delayed and the new get it by date was changed to 2/20-2/23. We do send emails to our customers to make them aware of these delays.
We show that your order shipped out on 2/10 and was delivered the following day.

I had a great experience placing my order with American Trucks. Initially my first order was a part that was currently out of stock. When finding a replacement for my order the customer server rep confirmed the part I wanted was in stock. Great effort!
I need a front sensor relocation kit for a 2022 Silverado. There's one listed on the website, but all it shows is pictures of different trucks. It has no photos of what the package includes. There is a description, but no photos. A "bracket" can mean a lot of different things. The only reason I'm giving it three stars is because the customer service person I talked to was super helpful. And, I might add, just as confused about the lack of photos of the product.

On my old orders for a throttle body spacer I was sent the wrong one twice and paid twice never got help 2024 f250 7.3L gas motor I was sent both time for a 5.0 mustang motor it was to small so if you guys have correct throttle body spacer throw one in the box with my new order I'm gonna try again even though past orders I had to eat it thank *******549 my name is Cody if you would like to talk about it

In reviewing your order, it appears we had incorrect information on the page regarding the fitment for these spacers. We apologize for this situation and our website has been updated with the correct fitment. We did check AFE website and this specific spacer can be used on a 2020-2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty Gas V8-73. L, a 2020-2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty gas V8 7.3 L and a 2011-2023 Ford Mustang GT gas V8 5.0L.
If you still have the spacers, and they are unused, you can contact our Customer Service, and we will set up returns for store credit for you. Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your account and this can be used towards a future order. This credit is valid until 5/31/2026.

I was happy to find this website as this in now my 3rd F150 purchase and I did not know about it.
Customer service contacted me and answered my questions. I did forget to request my air freshener.
I like the videos that walk you through installations of decals and other items. Looking forward to future purchased for my build.

Left package out at end of my driveway by busy road not walking about 65 feet to front porch leaving it for anyone to just pick it thanks to my neighbor for getting it for me other then that everything else is great

Ordered a Core 4X4 adjustable track bar and it delivered on time but once I took it out of the box there was rust on one of the clamps and rust on one of the metal sleeves inside one of the bushings. Bushings were chipped Product also did not come with instructions or torque specs. Maybe it was a defect from Core 4x4 or a returned product that I received but not to happy probably won't use site again.

Answer: Only success story with this place is I know to NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! That's successful!
Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
Answer: Buy elsewhere! Do not waste your money with this website. They will either send you junk or it will be junk eventually and you won't be able to get a refund or warranty.
