I purchased the Timbren Rear Axle SES Suspension Enhancement System. Customer service was excellent. I was surprised with the fast delivery time. The product is everything I hoped for and installation was simple. American Trucks will be my first choice in the future!

I ordered the wrong part for my husband's truck. The sales tech, Dan, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. The correct part was delivered three days later. The return was an easy process as well.

I ordered the hot side and cold side charge pipe kit for my 2012 F-150 3.5 EcoBoost and it completely fixed my boost problems. Before installing this kit, my truck would sputter and struggle under boost. I could hear air leaking and it just didn't pull like it should.
The factory plastic pipes were clearly the weak point. After installing this kit, everything sealed up tight and the difference was immediate. The truck now builds boost smoothly and pulls hard with no hesitation or sputtering.
Fitment was spot on, install was straightforward, and the quality is way better than stock. The clamps and connections feel solid and secure.
If you're dealing with boost leaks or weak factory pipes, this kit is 100% worth it. It brought my truck back to life.

Came with no instructions. After some error and trial, I finally got it mounted on passenger side. Have to mount low to miss parking sensors. Driver side mount will interfere with crash detection and adaptive cruise. You do lose usability of tow hook. Mount is stout! Overall for $100, I might look elsewhere.

In reviewing your comments and our product page, we do have it noted, " Technical Note. This License Plate Bracket is not recommended for used on 2021+ Models that is equipped with Front Parking Sensors that is installed in the Bumper. The Front Parking Sensors may detect a License Plate as an object." I am not sure if these are the issues you encountered on your Ford F-150.

Surfing the website was a piece of cake. The %'s off I found were not what expected at checkout, the coupon was no problem but the 5% off did not appear at checkout along with my military discounts? Hold and behold the discounts would apply to the next purchase and they are not offered on the website? You must call your order(s) in to receive such perks? No biggie, but unexpected. Free shipping was nice. Received in 3-5 days like promised. Haven't installed but look like quality products.
I purchased an open-box tire that was described as "like new" and unused.
Unfortunately, when it was delivered, there was a noticeable cut in the inner rubber.
Getting in touch with customer service was challenging and took more effort than it should have. However, once I was able to speak with a representative, they did offer a return or a partial refund in the form of store credit.
While I'm satisfied with the resolution, the overall experience was negative enough that I don't plan to purchase from them again.

Everything was great except they mounted one of my tires backwards and now I have to go pay to get it switched around

Site is easy to navigate. I've never had an issue with fitment on anything that I've ordered. I also like how you can preview what a part will look like on your truck ahead of time.
Josh gave me great advice with some of the products I picked he matched them great knew what kind of look I was after will use him next time

Great inventory of items, but the VIP program is excellent! Free shipping and when you upload pictures of items you buy you get store credit. It makes for excellent values on the items you want to purchase (if they aren't outright free with the in-store credit). I've been very happy with my interactions with store associates when chatting about questions I have had and with how fast items get shipped. Way better deal overall than buying through Amazon. Can't recommend American Trucks enough! Great company!

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
