I could rate a 5, but until I get the 2" leveling kit installed & on the road a bit, I can only give them a 4 for the time being. No fault of AT.

They had the items I wanted for sale on there website, I bought it and then receive and email a day later telling me the product is sold out, but they never listed that on there page I emailed them back asking for a different product of the same price they said they would respond in 24 hours and I haven't received another email, not sure if I'll ever see that $600 again.
Had to return some flares due to fitment issues. Return was process was easy and logical. I got store credit as I already had something else in mind and it was awarded very quickly.
On the order guide on the top of the page it states that the parts is for a 2014 thru 2018 GMC SIERRA. However, when you pay and finalize the deal (at the bottom of the page) it states this part will not fit your 2015 SIERRA. I had to get someone on the phone to correct the issue. The problem was on their side from their site Took a day to connect with the right person.

The running boards were easy to install but Fed Ex damaged the box and had several holes pierce thru the box and the interior box. The bag of bolts and washers was torn and was missing a few items.

I wanted to ensure that the parts I was ordering would fit the model and trim level of my truck. I spoke with Brad H who was extremely helpful. He appeared very confident and was very helpful with the logistics of my order. The parts have yet to arrive so I don't have insight into the quality as of this point in time. Thus far my experience with American Trucks has been very positive.

I've recently purchased LED taillights (previously installed), and now these running boards (also previously installed) with some damage metal, but I'm okay with it due to myself being a metal aluminum fabricator and welder professionally! Love the products!
I bought a Navos radio granted it was an out of box item, but when I received it looks like a toddler packaged it. There was no care or pride in their work at all. So I returned it and got a brand new one. When I received that one there was no packing or the original box. The radio was just thrown in the box while the cables were in a box (not associated with the original box) the screen was completely shattered. After being placed on hold for a half an hour all they wanted to do was give me $40.00 in store credit LOL. If I was the manager I would be embarrassed. But its obviously they don't take pride in customer care.
