Those that have a 5th wheel camper hitch GM frame to frame under the bed that has the Gose neck in wide of the frame might have to shorten the driver side pipes and extend the new hanger that was sent for proper support the pipes as I had to due to the pip hitting the goose neck area in middle of the frame hitch.
Needed to confirm a part was going to fit my truck, and within 2 minutes of my conversation it was confirmed. No pressure sales!
Not thrilled that this tonneau cover has an oversized item fee of $149 when the other covers do not. I guess it is what it is.
I ordered a part from my truck and recieved not what I twice. Then they figured out they changed the model of the part. They still have the same part and wrong picture on their website. After receiving the cheaper model I decided to keep it, they gave me a $10 voucher. The price difference is more like $25. Even until this day if you google the part, they have multiple links with all different prices showing the supposedly new model. Very disappointed. This will affect my future shopping and avoid buying from American Trucks.

Once again I had a great experience while dealing with a purchase I needed to add some extra parts to the customer service rep was very helpful and knowledgeable he made sure I got what I needed and the fitment was right.
The above title says best of the transaction, but using the chat feature wasn't very good for me and the misleading information I got had noting to do with resolving my installation concerns. I finally dug around on the internet and got the help I needed with their product

I came back a second time, because of customer service Jaclyn. The wheels were canceled a second time. Had Jackie had the ability, to just substitute the color of the wheel, at the same price point; just changing from the Black with Red accent, to All Gloss Black, or the other version, Gloss Black with Blue Highlights. I would have made the purchase... Instead, I searched for days, Ebay, Amazon, plus other tire and wheel sites.
