My experience with American trucks has been great. Although the hub assembly I ordered was labeled as an exact fit was not an exact fit. Not anything against American trucks just Detroit axle for putting standard size studs in the hub for a vehicle that uses metric lugs from the factory.

This is my second order from AmericanTrucks and I have to say it was super easy. I found what is was looking for, very competitive prices to boot, put in the cart and hit the button. The website is super easy to use too.
I had nice side bars from you and I need one for the left side I really liked them but I just ran over a boulder and wrecked my passenger side one.

The next day, received an email which stated, "your order is being processed". When a looked at the eta I noticed the next statement, " will ship in 3 months". What 3 months? I contacted everyone I could find on this website and so far have not received an answer. I'm a first and last time buyer. Highly disappointed shipping process and customer service.

I'm sorry to hear that your open box purchase of the Fender Flares was missing the hardware. We do advertise what is included with open box items along with photos, and after reviewing the listing for the one you purchased, it does show that hardware is included. However, every other open box listing reflects no hardware, so I believe this was either an error on our part or the hardware was not pulled with the product when we sent the order. Either way, I completely understand how we have inconvenienced you, and for that, I apologize. I have issued you promotional credit to use towards a new purchase online or over the phone.
