I purchase an aftermarket bumper for my 2020 Silverado LTZ pickup. It was at a very attractive price compared to an OM bumper. I talked to a sales rep who was very courteous and helpful. The bumper arrived in an amazing quick amount of time [3 days]. The Chinese made bumper had an inferior finish to the chrome [ripples in the chrome at the ends]. I called and set up a return and exchange for another one. A replacement was sent out as quickly as the first. I was instantly disappointed as it was plainly a package that had been returned by another customer. Portions of the box had been scabbed together with pieces of cardboard from misc. Other boxes. Upon inspection of the bumper there was no damage from shipping. However, the chrome had the same manufacturing defect as the first plus the fit of the step pads was poor. I set up another return and a refund. I am real sorry the product was so poor but as the saying goes: you get what you pay for. I have nothing but extremely high praise for the staff with American Trucks. They were flawless with every step involved from purchase to refund including refund of the handling costs. They were always polite and professional and understanding. They deserve 5 stars but I could not give due to receiving a flawed product returned by someone else.

I'm sorry to hear that your open box purchase of the Fender Flares was missing the hardware. We do advertise what is included with open box items along with photos, and after reviewing the listing for the one you purchased, it does show that hardware is included. However, every other open box listing reflects no hardware, so I believe this was either an error on our part or the hardware was not pulled with the product when we sent the order.
