$2900 ordered canceled after funds were cleared by my bank for "security" issues. AT blamed the bank. Bank insists they're was no problem on there end. No one at AT could give me an answer. I tried to escalate the call to a supervisor, but was not permitted to talk to one. They're still holding the funds. It all seems very sketchy.

I ordered my tires at a very affordable price price how ever I have yet to receive them the fedex I believe doesn't want to deliver in an attempt to to force to pick them up from where only god knows please try and address this cause I'm sure I'm not the only one sincerely

I had ordered a matte black replacement rim for my F150. The rim that was shipped was a smaller chrome rim. Now I have to wait to get the issue resolved. This was a big waste of my time.

At this point, I've been able to buy almost everything off of this website. I've tried other in the past and let's just say they're a nightmare they like to steal your money and do not provide any customer support American trucks. Keep doing what you're doing.
Needed to make a change to an order I placed the night before. Was able to cancel the original and place the new order the following morning.
Been running my Pulsar LT for a few years now, still very satisfied with it. Purchased my S&B CAI through American Trucks also. For those that refer to cold air intakes as "snake oil", I have to disagree.
Looking at the items on the website did not give me enough information to decide on which item worked best for my needs. I called the help line and the gentleman was knowledgeable and very helpful.
Easy to use, would recommend for anyone who wants more out of their truck, got it to turn off the MDS on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 and about 15-20 minutes later I was finished and tune was uploaded. Could immediately tell a difference. Would recommend for anyone.
I just received my wheel order, have not got my valve stems yet and this is the first time I ever ordered wheels that didn't come with center caps, I need center caps

We reviewed your order and we set up a lost package claim for the TPMS sensors, you may receive an email about this situation. We will be creating a new order and we will ship out the sensors to you. You may also receive a return label via email that is if you receive both sets, we ask that you return one of them to us.
I also apologize that it was not noted on our site that the Vision Steel D Window Steel Gloss wheels did not come with a center cap. I reached out to the manufacturer and they confirmed that their steel wheels do not come with the center caps. We submitted a request to have our website updated with this information.
I did attempt to call you and left a voicemail explaining this situation. We issued a credit to your account, that can be used on a future order. Please note, this credit is valid until 5/31/2026.

I have never had a problem with my 3 orders. I do wish they would make the military discount easier, my last 2 orders I didn't receive the discount
I never received my last two orders. It's the items we're supposed to be in stock. And a month later, it came out that they were not in stock. So I don't have any good feedback to give so far.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

If the information provided is approved, we will confirm and process the order. If we are unable to confirm the requested information, we will need to cancel the order and void the authorization on your credit card.
