Disappointed
February 13, 2026

$2900 ordered canceled after funds were cleared by my bank for "security" issues. AT blamed the bank. Bank insists they're was no problem on there end. No one at AT could give me an answer. I tried to escalate the call to a supervisor, but was not permitted to talk to one. They're still holding the funds. It all seems very sketchy.

For the security of our customers and our company all of our orders go through a security verification process. This software is used to authorize every transaction for your protection and our companies protection.

If we are unable to verify/authorize an order, we will reach out to our customers for additional information so we can obtain the information so we can authorize the order. If the information provided is approved, we will confirm and process the order. If we are unable to confirm the requested information, we will need to cancel the order and void the authorization on your credit card.

In reviewing your order, we had an authorized hold on your card on 2/2/2026, when the order was placed, and the authorization was voided on 2/3/2026. I received my order quickly. The system installed easily. It has a nice mellow sound. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is it is a resonator back not cat back exhaust system.

Very user friendly website. Love how you can view what your looking at on your truck. Also recommending other products to either go with what you're looking at or what you may also be interested in. Very user friendly. Also like that you can talk to a tech if need be for any questions. Love this site!

I ordered my tires at a very affordable price price how ever I have yet to receive them the fedex I believe doesn't want to deliver in an attempt to to force to pick them up from where only god knows please try and address this cause I'm sure I'm not the only one sincerely

Total Wrong Part

I had ordered a matte black replacement rim for my F150. The rim that was shipped was a smaller chrome rim. Now I have to wait to get the issue resolved. This was a big waste of my time.

We apologize that you received a chrome wheel instead of the Pro Comp Wheels 31 Series Stryker Matte Black 6-Lug Wheel that you ordered. This can take a few days and we understand this is not convenient for you, but please know you should be receiving an email shortly with an update on this situation.

Pulsar LT Tuner

Easy to use, would recommend

Easy to use, would recommend for anyone who wants more out of their truck, got it to turn off the MDS on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 and about 15-20 minutes later I was finished and tune was uploaded. Could immediately tell a difference. Would recommend for anyone.

Wheel order

I just received my wheel order, have not got my valve stems yet and this is the first time I ever ordered wheels that didn't come with center caps, I need center caps

Thank your for your recent order with AmericanTrucks and for taking a moment to share your feedback with us. I was disappointed to hear that you did not receive the Valve Sem Mounted TPMS sensors that you ordered with your wheels.

We reviewed your order and we set up a lost package claim for the TPMS sensors, you may receive an email about this situation. We will be creating a new order and we will ship out the sensors to you. You may also receive a return label via email that is if you receive both sets, we ask that you return one of them to us.

I also apologize that it was not noted on our site that the Vision Steel D Window Steel Gloss wheels did not come with a center cap. I reached out to the manufacturer and they confirmed that their steel wheels do not come with the center caps. We submitted a request to have our website updated with this information.

I did attempt to call you and left a voicemail explaining this situation. We issued a credit to your account, that can be used on a future order. Please note, this credit is valid until 5/31/2026.

I never received my last two orders. It's the items we're supposed to be in stock. And a month later, it came out that they were not in stock. So I don't have any good feedback to give so far.
