This has been the most horrendous experience with a retailer i have ever had. I ordered 4 Rough Country wheels for my 2016 gmc Sierra and they wouldn't fit. I purchased another set of Hartes wheels that did fit. I have returned all 4 rough country wheels and have only been refunded for 1 of the rough country wheels.it has been almost 3 weeks with multiple phone calls and emails with no resolution so far.

I was looking for a Headlight Assembly for my Ford F-150 Lariat Supercrew and the prices were outrageous. I contacted American Truck and they have my Ford Part for a very reasonable price were as Ford wanted over $1500. I will be shopping there again in the future.

The issue was that you received the order and then refused it, so we had to wait for the return tracking to show movement before the system or we could initiate the refund. Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

When the order was committed and sent to the warehouse, the first facility attempted to pull your order but found no stock.
