I purchased an Roush Airbox from you. When it arrived the label on the outside of the box was plainly labeled for a 2018-2023 Ford 5.0 liter. I own a 2025 Ford. I opened the box and there were two places on the intake tube for vents to be plugged in. My truck only has One such vent tube. When I got the airbox I called Roush. I got a recording no one was there, and send them an email. I called American Trucks informed your rep of the issue and had to jump through hoops before I was given permission to return the wrong air cleaner. I was told, I think his name was Mike that according to Roush that was the correct airbox for my truck even though it clearly was not. What saved me was Tammy the woman in returns who bent over backwards to ensure Fed Ex got my package and John T who sent a follow up email.
I received the correct order in two days. Good quality and good price.

Usually packages show up perfect on time no hassle no worries. I put a big order in and everything from the order got delivered besides one item. Can't get ahold of anyone and nothing is being done to resolve (item wasn't on back order)
Out of 3 orders, 2 of them have not shipped on time, or delivered on time. They can't ship or deliver when promised. The 1 day shipping does not exist in this company. You pay for 1 day, you'll be lucky if you get it in 10 days, and that's if they have it in stock in the warehouse.

I called to find out what the construction materials were for the exhaust parts I needed and the agent was very friendly and promptly answered my questions and took my order. I received the parts via FedEx as I was told I would however, it would have been nice to get notification that they were delivered. I happened to check to see if they had been delivered and the box was on my driveway. And appeared to have been there for a bit.
