Looking for the PPE transmission pan and an oil catch can, your site said there were open box items available at discounted prices, showed a large red box with an exclamation point as well. But when clicked on it it would not allow me to put them in the cart and purchase them.
So I had to buy just the pan at full price and I will get the catch can elsewhere.
I have received about 10 emails from them after making my purchase, about stuff for my truck, I dont remember signing up for emails hounding me to buy more stuff.

Tried to order a cap replacement for mirrors that I ordered from AT, got sent the wrong cap. Turned into to much of a hassle to try to get a replacement, and not spending another $300+ on new mirrors.

Unsatisfied with how the website is run. I have been looking forward to purchasing a cover for my truck bed, and when I see it and it says available, I've added it to the cart and then it says unavailable. In this recent order I placed it said it was available even all through checkout. Come to find out in less than 24 hours it's yet again not available. Now instead of getting it within 3 days, of which I was looking forward to it for a trip, I now have to wait at least a month if not more. Super disappointing and dissatisfied. Also customer service was not good either. You get a bot to start and then ask for a live agent also of which it seemed to be an ai due to how it spoke and didn't address simple things I mentioned and asked. No call in to talk to a real person and get things squared away.

My wind/ rain reflectors were delivered to my house quickly. When I took them out to dry fit. I found they were too long. I'll try to attach a Pic.
Order an injector from them. Got the right injectors really quick within three days and I'm on the other side of the country installed and worked the side..

I recently purchased 2017 Fender Flares for my 2017 Ford F-150 from American Trucks, expecting a straightforward upgrade. What I got instead was a frustrating ordeal that cost me time, money, and trust in this company.
After receiving the fender flares, I took them to a Ford dealership for professional installation. The dealership spent three hours removing my stock flares and attempting to install the new ones, only to discover that American Trucks had sent me 2018 F-150 Fender Flares that were incompatible with my 2017 model. This mistake meant the flares wouldn't fit, rendering the entire purchase useless. To make matters worse, I was still charged over $200 by the dealership for their time and labor, a cost I wouldn't have incurred if American Trucks had sent the correct product.
When I contacted American Trucks to address their error, their response was beyond disappointing. Instead of taking full responsibility, they offered me a measly $30 credit toward a future purchase. They also had the audacity to tell me I'd need to purchase a box to ship the incorrect flares back. This is unacceptable. A company that cares about its customers would own up to their mistake, pay for the materials to ship it back, and offer a full refund or immediate replacement with the correct item.
American Trucks' customer service is an absolute disgrace. They showed zero accountability for sending the wrong product and left me out of pocket for their error. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere—anywhere but American Trucks.

I'm sorry you were sent the incorrect item for your vehicle. I understand your frustration due to the return process and paying for the installation and they were the wrong item. We truly did not mean to inconvenience you. I see that your return was approved and you were sent a return label. Unfortunately we do not cover labor charges but what I did do is refund you some additional money as a appeasement to help cover the cost of purchasing a box to return the product to us. Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
