I had a couple of questions regarding my order. Josh P gave me direct, specific answers. Not only that but he included discounts that I probably wouldn't have seen ordering directly from the catalog & internet. Effectively, I saved enough money on the headlights to purchase a new grill that I would have waited to order 3 months in the future because I like to pay off my credit card debt monthly. Simply a good experience. I am in rural South Carolina and see lots of deer at night. The factory Ford headlights are adequate but led projector headlights on my other car are so much better at night, I am very pleased to have them coming for my 2019 F150 weekend work truck! Excellent customer service. (That's why I buy from American Trucks dot com).

I bought a used tonneau cover on discount. I'm glad they offer open box items, but buyer beware of previous purchaser. The guy who returned it had already applied the weather stripping and it was not properly done. Since my truck is not a daily driver and I'm planning on building it up at a later date, it didn't make too much of a difference to me. That being said, if you purchase open box, AT has no control over returned items for resell and its all on you.

I found American Trucks after purchasing my Chevy Silverado. The site has everything imaginable to customize your ride and shipping has been flawless. Everything has come as advertised and I am constantly scrolling through their unlimited options. Truly love this site.

I paid for new Rancho struts and received previously opened products not once but twice. The first was missing the hardware and was scratched up. Tge replacement sent to me was also scratched up from someone else trying to install on their truck. Both boxes were repackaged. I only know they were repackaged because the first box I opened was brand new never opened and was completely stabilized in the package not rolling around freely like the other two were packaged.

This company is amazing, from start to finish. I have purchased a few thousand dollars worth of this from here. Highly recommended.

I bought the smoked tail lights and third brake light for my 2012 Ram. They are Beautiful, and honestly, they helped me sell it, and get what I wanted for it. Made it look like a new truck. Also, great price and quality. I'm buying the same ones for my 2018. Makes you fall in love all over again!

Sent in an inquiry on Sunday 9/28 on American trucks website about a front grill guard for a 2024 ram truck, was fully expecting to have to wait until business hours on the following Monday (9/29), for a call back, to my surprise, I received a call from a technical rep (Nicholas, didn't get a last name) about 2 minutes after the inquiry was sent. He answered my questions and even set me up with some aftermarket fog lights that would use my factory truck harness and would work with my factory bumper as well! Didn't even know such a light existed until he educated me on it. Ive ordered from these guys in the past and will continue to do so in the future! Overall great experience!

I have had great luck with AT. Quality parts, fast shipping and no hassle return/replacements. The customer service has been great and I love that I normally get my order earlier than stated! I'm pretty picky, and have trouble buying things online that I can't actually get my hands on. With AT I get what I order, and don't have to waste time talking to companies when there is a problem. Did I mention AT's customer service is great!? I have only needed to speak to them once or twice, and they have resolved my issue with no hassle what so ever.
