American Trucks went way beyond what I was expecting. My part arrived with several dents. And when I posted pictures on their website I showed 1 of them alerting folks that they may want to check there parts before accepting delivery. I really wasn't expecting anything after that but they messaged the next day with an in store credit option that was a fair amount which I accepted. Besides I already had the part installed. But the credit helped me order my next wish list part. Thank you, American Trucks! Eric
Overall ok. Not the greatest tho. First order for product was cancelled reordered the same night and it was able to be fulfilled. Can't get any tracking info but says it has shipped. I am waiting to see when or if it shows up.
I ordered an Aeorskin hood protector on August 8th, and I finally had to cancel my order in late September because AT couldn't deliver the product. Why would AT sell a product that wasn't in stock? I waited almost 8 weeks and got nothing for my time.

I ordered a set of RAM window rain shields, and they were delivered on time. My experience with AT has been outstanding. I cross-checked AT prices with Costco, and AT was less expensive. I will order more parts and accessories from AT in the future.
Funny story I ordered the Blisten 5100s. I got one 5100 and a 4600. Once I realized that I called American Trucks. I will say it took two try's to talk to someone but she ( a real life American) got it figured out the first try. So they got my swap started and now I will see how long private logistics take #Fedex!
Received a brushgard for a 2023 f150. As I was starting to install realized they sent the wrong frame mounting brackets. L talked to 4 different people sent pictures and explained why they wouldn't work.Only to get an email 4days later telling me they sent the write brackets. I'm sending it back and I or any one else know will ever buy from this company again. It's pretty bad when they do not know anything about the parts there selling!

Delivery was late. They sent me an open box item instead of new. Screen looks good but need to verify I actually have all of the necessary wiring and something wasnt removed. Highly disappointed. I dont think ill be shopping with this company again.

Called in to get help with a credit on my account issue and Brandon was able to get me the help I needed as well as help me order the fog lights I've been wanting to get for my wife's truck. Great experience buying an open box item. It was noted as like new and including all hardware. There was some loose hardware in the toolbox. The parts box was sealed. I gave 5 stars though. Overall it is a great savings and I had replacement hardware that fit. The box, the brackets, etc were all perfect. I'm trying to submit toolbox interior measurement photos, since I could not find them online. I think it will help others.
I purchased shocks and a steering damper around 1-2 months ago. Since then my truck has been in and out of the shop. As it turned out the damper was over pressurized causing an extremely dangerous pull to the left. I called American trucks to find out if they would be willing to do anything to help remedy the cost of the situation(my time and over 1k in parts and labor.) I understand that it is not entirely upon them to reimburse this cost however it would have been nice of them to do something. I initially asked if they would be willing to issue a gift card for some amount as I was extremely disappointed the part was tied to the cause of the issue. To which they said they would only be able to reimburse me for the original cost of the part... $115 which was insulting as cost of repairs due to this parts failure was over 1k. I spoke with a customer service supervisor in order to see if they would be willing to internalize a part a brush guard I had been looking at for my truck. The best deal they could offer was half off and I would still pay shipping. I told him once again this was ridiculous as I had been through so much and given the history that I have with them and American muscle. (Thousands spent) it is a shame they were not willing to do just a bit more given what I had been through. (Countless days lost and a lot spent). I would have expected a better resolution however I do understand that maybe there is only so much they can do.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

I'm sorry that the first order was canceled and that you were unable to track your second order. I see that the first set of Locking Hub Actuators was canceled by the supplier due to being discontinued. The second order shipped directly from the supplier, and they use Amazon logistics for tracking, so tracking the package can be a little tricky. You need to go through Aftership and include the first three letters. I apologize for the confusion, but it shows that this was delivered on 10/11. If you didn't receive it, please make sure to reach out to us.
