Enough emails already. I ordered 2 filters and I have been hit with WAY TOO MANY marketing emails in 6 hours. I clicked unsubscribe but they keep coming.
I was looking for a bed liner for my new 2022 Ranger. American trucks had one that fit my needs. It is reasonably priced and had no shipping fee.
The site makes sure you order the correct part. Gives you step by step instructions to install your new purchase. My first choice when I look for upgrades.
Got a cover for the bed of my truck and it was a rebox it looks like. Sent back and sent back no reply and no refund. Two hundred dollars in play. I file a case with pay pal.No answer yet.

Ordered a truck safe. Had to take apart my center consul. It turned out the safe did not fit. I called American Truck. The 3rd person I talked to said yeh it doesn't always fit. We dont have one that fits. Go pack it up take it down to fedex and return it to us. The did not care my consul was ripped apart and I would have to put it back together. They couldn't have it picked up at my house they wanted me to do all the work. The disaster cost me way more than the safe cost. I am charging back the item with my CC company. If they want it back they can come pick it up before it gets thrown in the garbage.

Describe my experience? Sure I can do it in one word, HORRIBLE! Let me make my order and took my money and then only then did I get an email stating you "can't ship to a po box" and when I inquired about it I was told "our carrier don't let us" well it's good to know your carrier runs your company. I told the customer service agent to tell management that whatever ever limp brain decided it was a good idea to go through with the deal that limited your customer base was an moron (exact words). I was put on a "first warning for profanity" I was trying to explain that limp brain and moron were not profanities but the chat was disconnected first. Not like it matters much, won't be buying any of your products, especially after my first experience was such a train wreck. I'd rather pay more for a lesser product that will actually accommodate my needs!

I was looking for a backup camera for my sons truck, came across this sight and fell in love
I ordered mud guards for my truck on 3/30/22. I paid extra for 1 SMS at shipping because I purchased them before 6:00am.
It's now 4/4/22 and I still have not received my order and the tracking number you provided does not work.
However, I am getting 2 to 3 unwanted emails daily showing me other accessories for my truck.
I'm very upset and I want to receive a call or email with a resolution.

Easy to order on line lots of products and help on line if needed
Reasonable prices fast shipping
Buy 500$ parts to have fed ex draw crayon on it and toss it where ever they seem is good. In my case no where to be found.

The website is very easy to use. I do like the thumbnail pictures of similar options available for my truck.
Fast shipping, Installed less than 2 hours. And great upgrade from stock. Not too aggressive.
The web page was easy to discern which cold air intake to order. It arrived in 3 days in perfect shape with great packing.
All parts needed were in the box. No instructions but a card tell you to go online and get them there from Roush. I found independent videos were very helpful
With good details. Took me 40 minutes and was very easy. Truck sounds better and looks good under the hood.

The picture shown was the full grille and when received it was just the insert had to reorder and eat 125.00 miss order my fault for not looking close enough before purchase

Answer: Only success story with this place is I know to NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! That's successful!
Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
Answer: Buy elsewhere! Do not waste your money with this website. They will either send you junk or it will be junk eventually and you won't be able to get a refund or warranty.
