I am still waiting on the tires that are back ordered and was told it would be almost 2 months. Additionally, selected to have AT mount and balance the tires before shipping but told only after ordering, would have to take them to a local shop. None of this was told to me either via email or talking with a rep prior to purchasing.

I apologize that you were unaware that the wheels and tires could not be mounted and balanced in our warehouse before they are shipped to you. Unfortunately these wheels and tires are shipping directly from the manufacture to you therefor they are not coming out of our Kansas warehouse so we cannot mount and balance them. I see you did speak with customer service and they set you up with local installation so once the items are received a shop that we partner with and you agree to will perform the mount and balance with installation. Due to the confusion I have issued you some promotional credit to use on a future purchase online or over the phone. If you need anything else please feel free to let us know.

These mirrors may save my marriage. Putting to boots into thecstorsgecdheds every fall is a battle. He can't back the trailer and I can't direct. He finally said it's the mirrors on my 2024 f150. So I looked up towing mirrors and ordered them. He really likes them and thinks he'll keep them on always. The true test will come when the duck hunting boat goes into storage.
I ordered a set of tow mirrors and was only delivered one. Also the gas cap is literally a sticker. That should be explained more in the product info.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
