I had two orders from American truck. One was a set of running boards for my 2016 dodge ram which I received were in great shape install them and everything looks great. The other was a set of Rancho rear shocks, along with a set of 2" Lift struts for the front, install everything it went well and so far love the products.
Ordered a 2 in lift kit. The website shows a bunch of items in the pictures and on the descriptions. Once I received the items it's was nothing like the description from the site. I was compensated for the error and was able to purchase the correct parts.
Easy transaction from start to finish. The website has great videos on how to install their products.
I ordered a remote start for my truck, I was told I would get a free banner and sticker (not that it mattered but would've been cool). There were 2 remote starts O was looking at, one had a "programmer" the other one did not, so the rep I spoke to talked me I to getting the one woth the programmer which was $100 more. When my package came I installed it, the directions weren't very detailed so I was dependant on youtube. And after the install was complete the programmer wouldn't work, but regardless it turned out the programmer, which was 100 bucks more wasn't even needed. Save yourself the 100 bucks and don't get the one with the programmer, my truck is a 2015 sirrra.

Packing was poor had bent corners, had a bow in it and 1 small dent. And as I have read in another review it's to long, going to have to cut. Don't no about the fit as yet.

Great experience, fast shipping, shipped with care.
I ordered AirReady air bags and Roadactive suspension. They immediately made the ride smoother and the rear end definitely stronger when driving. Also ordered 2" levelers for the front end, a K&N cold air intake, and a pedal commander which has already increased fuel on normal driving by 6 mpg. Can't wait to tow the rv and see how it does.
