I've been a loyal fan of AT for years, and it's been amazing watching their offerings grow. I am still waiting on the tires that are back ordered and was told it would be almost 2 months. Additionally, selected to have AT mount and balance the tires before shipping but told only after ordering, would have to take them to a local shop. None of this was told to me either via email or talking with a rep prior to purchasing.
These mirrors may save my marriage. Putting to boots into thecstorsgecdheds every fall is a battle. He can't back the trailer and I can't direct. He finally said it's the mirrors on my 2024 f150. So I looked up towing mirrors and ordered them. He really likes them and thinks he'll keep them on always. The true test will come when the duck hunting boat goes into storage.
I ordered a set of tow mirrors and was only delivered one. Also the gas cap is literally a sticker. That should be explained more in the product info.

Had the wrong info for a part I ordered. Web said 24-26 Ranger but doesn't fit my 24 Ford Ranger XLT FX4. They don't make the part for my truck.

Everytime I order it is easy and the parts come quickly and are an exact fit.
Had new headlights come in less than a week after ordering. Packaging was super great and protective arrived with no damage. Did have an issue with one of the bulbs exploding upon installation but I contacted them and they gave me a option of $150 in store credit or $100 refund for the inconvenience. Overall great experience
I bought the incorrect fitment for my truck. Easy return and repurchase of the correct one.
Easy to put on. Needed two people for first time but should be manageable with one person.
I bought a new grill for my truck that said it was in stock and then it took them a couple of weeks after I was supposed to get it to tell me it was back ordered. It then waited a couple of more months and when I was finally tied of waiting they finally told me they weren't carrying it any more but were happy to try and sell me one that was more than twice as expensive. Of course the one I originally bought was a Christmas deal so there wasn't going to be one in the same price range and the discount they offered was no where near the same amount I would have saved on the original grill.

The ordering was easy and simple. The products are well laid out. I would however have liked if some other products had better description of parts that made up certain assemblies. Alot of positive reviews on items and I WILL give them 2 thumbs up, or the Whole shooting MATCH GOES BACK To the Factory. NO SECOND CHANCES.

I apologize that you were unaware that the wheels and tires could not be mounted and balanced in our warehouse before they are shipped to you. Unfortunately these wheels and tires are shipping directly from the manufacture to you therefor they are not coming out of our Kansas warehouse so we cannot mount and balance them. I see you did speak with customer service and they set you up with local installation so once the items are received a shop that we partner with and you agree to will perform the mount and balance with installation.
