Cat Back Exhaust for Ford F150

Pleased with the number of brands and options. Especially pleased that the loudness is indicated for each option. Discussed a clearance concern with a tech on the phone and was resolved. Delivered in two days. I absolutely recommend American Trucks.

Great prices

So far I've ordered a new grille, headlights and leveling kit and haven't been disappointed yet. Process was easy and quick. And the prices are great as well, and I still have plenty of things to order.

Disapointed

The previous order was for headlights that did not produce enough illumination for my 82 year old eyes. Additionally there were no adjustment provisions for the high beams that pointed into the roadway approximately 8 feet in front of my vehicle.
American Trucks did accept them as a return, however I was unable to obtain a full refund because I was outside their 30 refund policy, They did give me full store credit minus a small shipping fee.
I just used the store credit to purchase a nice pair of full LED tail lights.

LED lights for less

My last purchase of LED tail lights is the reason for my new purchase of LED headlights. They look and function as original equipment. My purchases are a fraction of what I would have paid for if gotten from a dealer.

Easy Install, Great Look

These lights are nice update for my 2014 Ram. Old lights popped out easily, new ones slid right back in. My only advice would be to turn your lights or hazzards on while installing. The direction you plug the wire in matters, so it's easier with the lights on.

Smoke lens headlights

Ordering process & wait time was beyond expectations. A minor issues is I though the lens would be darker considering i got the smoke lens version. To me it still looks like the factory clear lens.

Wrong part shipped

Wrong part was shipped. I called customer service but I couldn't get the right part shipped other than standard. Nor get any type of refund. At the end of the call I felt it was my fault. I asked if the company gets many returning customers, I was told oh yes we are a large company.

MISSING PARTS

ORDERED POWER STOP BRAKE KIT FOR 2018 RAM 2500 ONLY RECIEVED 1/2 THE ORDER MAYED A PHONE CALL AND THEY RESOLVED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. WILL BEING DOING MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Rims where damaged

So I received my package four rims two of which were damaged. I called in talked to guy and Cody. He told me that they would do a swap so I sent two of the damaged rims back and then immediately after I did that I got an email saying out of stock so not only was I not told that the rims were out of stock, but I sent the rims off and then I called and then some lovely lady named Laura talk to me and told me that the rims were out of stock and they might be in February maybe later so I had to stop the rims from leaving so I had to go to the FedEx distribution center to stop the rims because there was no way of knowing if I was gonna get some new rims or not so this whole thing has been a hassle, more irritated and pissed off than anything else that I wasn't told beforehand so far my experience has not been great and now I have two damaged rims. Can't send them back cause they're out of stock.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand from your previous order for the shocks that there is only one photo listed. These images are pulled directly from the supplier's website because they are shipped directly and not stocked in our warehouses. We do have tech specs, a description, and a list of what's in the box available as usual. You can also contact our sales techs, and they would be more than happy to provide you with any additional information they can find. I purchased a set of lug nuts for my Ram. Paid an extra $84.00 for next day shipping. I have not received my order. Nor have I got a call on when it will be delivered. The tracking say the weather is an issue. I am sorry about the weather, but if you are advertising next day shipping, then stand behind it and contact the buyer. You need to reimburse my extra overnight shipping costs, being that you did not comply with your terms of service!

Tow mirrors

Install was simple. However, the passenger mirror is terribly distorted. Like I'm looking through the bottom of a coke bottle. Please advise what I can do. I really don't want to have take both mirrors off to return them. My rating would change based on the determination made to resolve the problem with the passenger mirror.

Happy but fustrated

Everything came as expected with the exception of in one piece by one of the nut that is welded in place a weld splatter attached itself in a way you could not get the bolt to start. Once I got that out all went well. My frustration is all the Emails I am getting wanting to sell me more stuff. I know where you are at. I can find you if I want something. So please take me off you Email list! I don't want or need 2 or more Emails a day to delete without reading.

Just right

Easy to apply dispenser. Color was spot on. Nice with the brush and the "pen". Would use again. One thing that would have helped would be to mention how much coverage (sq. Inches?) is in the tube. I was concerned about that when purchasing. Turns out mine was more than enough. But that would have been good to know up front.
