I ordered the Firestone wireless controlled air bag kit for my 2025 GMC Sierra 3500HD AT4. With the discounts they were offering on Cyber Monday combined with a Veterans discount, I got the best price I could find. I have ordered from American Trucks before and also had a pleasant experience on that transaction.
I was looking for a very specific set up for my truck and after struggling to find it on my own i contacted support at American Trucks. To my surprise i was able to set up a phone call With Rob and he was very nice and more importantly very knowledgeable and experienced in all of the products that i was interested in and was able to come up with an out of the box solution for my situation where i had thought i would be forced to create a custom hybrid out of a few different products. Excellent communication and follow through by Rob over all great experience.
Ordered a part and paid for express shipping. Website and email said it would get to me on a certain day. It did not, it showed up 2 days later. Had to buy a different part.

I have 24-inch wheels on my Ram 2500 and need better brakes to stop it. I also needed the red calipers; however, you only had the covers, and they were out of stock. I'll check back later.

Bought 3rd brake light to replace leaking stock light and vent visors. Great products for price. Quick shipping and arrived undamaged. Brake light looks good but could've fit more flush to truck like stock. No big deal. EGR visors look great in matte black.
I have shopped with yall for over 15 years. Between mustangs, my trucks, body shop jobs I have probably spent over 150,000 with yall. I got my order in and we are on a time crunch and they seem to not care at all. I am very dissatisfied

The manufacturer was involved and quickly responded to your inquiry, requesting that a field destroy be done on the incorrect product, which you completed. We then processed the replacement and shipped it on the 5th of December. Please note that items shipping directly from the supplier cannot be expedited, as we do not have the option to do so. The website constantly asks for my vehicle. Every time I visit, multiple times. So many emails and texts are received. I try to avoid using AT but sometimes I have to.
I had ordered a mishimoto radiator for my truck and had it in the truck for 3 years when it failed. It looked as if it had over pressured some how. I called American trucks and sent them some pictures and the next day I had a new radiator on my front porch
I had a question about an exhaust. The representative answered all my questions in depth and was extremely friendly. Would buy from here again just because of the support.
I almost exclusively used American Muscle before, and had nothing but positive experiences. When I switched over to my first and now second trucks, it was a natural progression. If they don't personally enjoy the muscle car and truck scenes, they've really done their research on what's needed and which suppliers to trust
All the products I have bought have been good quality and fit well. The customer service guys are very knowledgeable and helpful with parts so you can rest assured you're getting what you want. Love the open box section.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
