Well, so far I have placed an order on July 20 with an estimated delivery date of July 26 through the 29th as of this day I have not received any confirmation on shipping. Several days later I placed an order and on the website, it stated if I placed the order within four hours, I would receive the order the next day, the next day I get an email that says my item has been shipped but then when you put the tracking number in it shows that it is still waiting to be picked up by the carrier numerous and numerous attempts to get somebody to explain to me how their website it shows a timeframe that you can order to receive it the next day and they tell me that's the shipping day, but when you get on there, it says delivery not shipping so after 45 minutes on the phone I have yet to get an answer from anybody explaining how this is taking place. I think they are very deceiving on they're shipping information. When you call and talk to representative, he has to sit there and type all the information to his so-called lead tech And then you have to wait on a response and if you're not happy with that response, he has to sit there and type in whatever else you say to his lead tech so you can sit there and wait on another response. All I can say is very, very very frustrating.
I processed an online order. Upon completing the order- the promotional pricing was not reflected as advertised. I immediately emailed customer support and to this date (5days) later, no one has attempted to contact me or corrected the issue

Description of the product was right in and it confirmed it would properly fit my truck. The video made installation very easy. Shipping was fast and updates were appreciated. Very satisfied with purchase and will use American Trucks for future purchases.
I received my muffler set after having to wait an extra two days for the delivery bit it was worth it. Sounds amazing and was super easy to install. The only hard part was removing the original/rusted ones. After that is was easy breezy. It definitely does everything it says it does.
I buy from American Trucks assuming that the parts are somewhat like the original parts on my trucks but found out that they are the same parts I could get on Ebay for much less. I am not trash talking this store but please, at least tell me where the parts are made so I could compare prices.

I ordered the left rear door lock actuator. Btw, I couldn't find it any where else other than the dealership. It was hard to find. I was very happy to find it at American Trucks. The package arrived early and undamaged. I was very happy. The service was very quick.

Too many to choose from, but I like what we got. Installed myself, not that hard but the locking mechanism is still tempermental and I'm sure it's just some fine tuning. Best of all the bed is water proof.
