Some time ago, I ordered a hood scoop for my 2015 F-150.
One of your people, I believe her name was Erica, contacted me to advise the part I had ordered wouldn't let fit my vehicle.
She advised which part was correct and I placed the order.
It was delivered, in a timely manner,was packed well and arrived damage free.
More recently, I placed another order and spoke a different member of your sales staff.
Jason B. Was extremely helpful and friendly.
I received an email and also a text message, thanking me for my order, and Jason even supplied me with his contact information.
Advised me contact him any time if I required further assistance.
Certainly would not hesitate to order parts from American Truck in the future…

My shopping experiences were mostly good. American Trucks has just about anything and everything for my 2014 F-150. If I need anything, I go to American trucks.
However, I have an issue with one of my past order # 22-*******, bully Dog GT Platinum Tuner. There is a small part missing, namely, the SD card. I've been trying to resolve this issue with either sending it back for a refund, having a new one sent out, or a replacement SD card sent out to me to no avail. I have called a number of times. Could we please resolve this soon?

Website very easy to navigate thru and had a huge selection.

I bought it as gift for my dad and I installed it under an hour. The quality is very good for the price and the installation was simple.

Great muffler, however, for a 2021 Tahoe LT, you need hangers for the rear part of the muffler near the tips. My advice have a muffler shop install. Over very pleased with it

2 out of 3 orders were complete. The exhaust I got was missing parts. Depending on how quickly they get me a replacement will determine if I buy from them again

Very quick and easy. It shipped out very fast and the customer service was really good

I ordered wheels that were " in stock". Found out later they were not in stock but the ordered was scheduled to be fulfilled in a month. The date kept getting pushed back so I called and ordered a different wheel. Company failed to refund my first order so had to call several times before it was refunded. Customer support ordered the wrong bolt pattern on the second order and called again to have the order fixed. Only way to correct the issue was to cancel the order and refund money a second time... decided to go a different direction. I will never shop with this company again!

The install was easy and the product is ok quality for the price. You get what you pay for applies. The coating is pretty thin and chipped away on the corners of some of the brackets during shipping. Those will get rusty within a year or 2 here in the Midwest.

Great videos to walk me through the installation. Great Product. Fair and competative pricing, I appreciate the military discount.

The products are well described. There is tutorials on how to install. The quality of the products are designed well.

Products came as product was as stated and package was well weapped to protect produces.stated and on great condition.

Driver side mirror had light issue with the running light and blinker light being very dim or not working at all the passenger side was fine
