Ordered 4 grand worth of items ON A FRIDAY, didnt get shipped till monday. What are you people doing? I understand the security clearance but what did you all do for 1 1/2 days? I am DEEPLY disappointed after spending FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS, to have to wait as long as i do. I dont think ill be purchasing from AM again. 4 grand and not a coupon code sent, not priority shipping, you all couldnt even ship it in the same WEEK. I understand getting items and up n out the warehouse, I worked for UPS for 6 year. No excuse, i am let down. ORDER placed on Sep 05 2025 around 5AM, items not received at FedEx until monday 6pm? Your automated phone system sucks. Made over 15 calls this morning to fix a problem you made by sending me the wrong bulbs for my car. Was dropped on half of them and was sent to a mailbox that didn't accept messages. When I called sales though, they picked right up. Imagine that. But he transferred me to a mailbox that was full. Get it together guys. Do better. Finally resolved by Erica. Everything worked out in the end, but them phones lines are jacked up

I've always got great service from you guys and this is no different. The only problem is that the bushings I needed were out of stock, no one had them not even Hurst so I ordered the bushings close to what I needed and will make them work for what I need. This is in no way your fault and I will definitely be ordering from you again.

Excellent service all the way around. Can't blame AMM for the bad bmr lower control arm brackets. Holes were misaligned on the first set and the second set was worse. Ended up drilling out the holes to make it work. But service has been good.
