Wonderful. Found what I needed on the first search. The price, shipping and delivery was excellent. Got the part the same week as ordered.

I ordered an Sct tuner. It was missing the OBD connector to connect the tuner to my car so I wasn't able to use the tuner at all. I then called about it and they needed me to send back the order that was missing an item. Before they could send out a new 1 FedEx was suppose to pick up the one being returned which they did but your system didn't acknowledge that so the new product never got shipped out. I then called back again and they were able to get it updated and the item then was shipped Friday. I checked on Sunday and it showed to have left the warehouse in Kansas City but when I checked again Monday morning it is now showing to be delayed so its still in Kansas City. I was recommended to you guys and have not had the best experience so far and I have only placed an order with you guys once.

I ordered a new clutch kit. It was supposed to be 2 day shipping
I ordered it on a Thursday for guaranteed delivery on Saturday since I was going out of town that Monday I needed the car fixed before I left for a car show when I got back.

Saturday came no package. They blamed it on the shipping company and didn't know where or when my clutch would be delivered. So didn't get my car fixed before I left and they only gave me 20 dollar credit to use next order. Clutch finally arrived that Wednesday while I was gone.

So figured I'd give them another chance. I needed a few more things so I placed an order when they were closed. It didn't apply the coupon.

So contact them today and they said since it already shipped they wouldn't honor the credit.

Long story short guys. Don't waste your money with this company. They do not care about their customers only our money.
I will Never Never use this company again.

Find a better company that doesn't try and screw over their customers.

I spent around 1500 dollars there and that's how they treated me.

Came well packaged and quick. American Muscle is the go to place for me.

The tires were shipped via FedEx and arrive as expected. Great service. I will be ordering again from American Muscle.

I love the products Americanmuscle has to offer but their coupons are a joke. I would expect repeat customers like myself would receive some money saving offers to keep us. I will not recommend this company for that reason..

Id like to know the shipper before I place my order so I can get the correct address on the package. Fed Ex took 2 attempts.
