The staff is always so pleasant. Both when departing and arriving with rented vehicle. It's great to rent at Alamo. Love the professional and friendly business values. Work ethic is amazing in this place.
I use Alamo every time at Sanford, probably 6 now. Always extremely easy pickup and return. Great selection of convertibles including twice we've had brand new model year.

The desk agent along with the persons issuing the cars at checkout were extremely pleasant and easy to work with. I only wish I had gotten their names as they deserve recognition for how well they represented Alamo so deep into their shifts when most of us getting cars are not in the best of moods.

Avoid this company (Alamo) and their Parent company (Enterprise) like the plague. They will charge you for any previous damage to the car and not reply to any requests for proof that you provided it. Never again will I give this company any business. They are not Better Business Bureau accredited for a reason. They are totally corrupt. Good cause for a class action lawsuit. Love the Jacksonville airport. There was no line when we arrived at the rental counter. The attendant was very helpful. We were very pleased with Alamo.

Thank you. We do have an issue that I hope you can resolve. We rented a jeep on 8/5 for 9/12 thru next Saturday. I called twice before last night to ensure that we could drive into Canada, as we are staying one night there. Both times, the agent told us, "sure", no problem. Just show the border agents your rental agreement. When we picked up the vehicle last night, we were actually getting ready to pull through the barricade at the exit booth when I mentioned that we were going to be crossing the border. The agent called a teammate and they conferred that they were NOT able to go through with the rental, as it is a jeep, and Canada does not allow rental jeeps in the country but we could have a sedan!?. Obviously, we didn't have a choice. Well, I am so sorry this thing happened. Wouldn't be a big deal if we had been told this before, but since we were not. Very disappointed. I've never drove a jeep, and was really looking forward to it. We will be coming back into the states tomorrow and would like to have another jeep and turn this one in somewhere for the original contract

With multiple rentals at different airports, I consistently encountered personable representatives, an easy rental process and always received a nicely maintained vehicle. Customer service was stellar throughout every process. I would 100% recommend renting from Alamo. I know I will with any future rentals.

High pressure upsell, felt like I would have had negative consequences in some way or another had I refused. I'm still waiting to be accused of a big stain on the windshield or a rock chip on the grill, or bird $#*! that won't wash off.

Our original car company decided to go home just as our flight was landing. Alamo came to the rescue. We were greeted warmly and on return several days later the customer service representative remembered us immediately.Great service.Alamo came to the rescue and we will rent from them in the future.
