Picked up a nail in a front tire, was not able to get roadside assistance that evening but the next morning a gentleman arrived and replaced the tire with the donut so I could go to a local car rental store. The donut was replaced with a brand new tire and I was on my way 20 minutes later. I have no explanation as to why I could not get service when the incident happened but all is well that ends well. I will definitely use Alamo in the future.

I had to buy a cigarette lighter charger to change my cell phone. At 711
None of the Mazda posts had my apple adapter. I did mention it to the return person. I asked him if I could leave it in the car for any one else in the future with that issue. He said yes and took the $6.00 off my bill.
I left my sunglasses and case in the car. I've tried numerous times to fill out a lost report but was unable to for The Burbank Hollywood airport.

Process was very easy all the employees were very helpful and nice car was clean and new. The line move quick compared to the other rental car companies at the Fort Myers airport and was told about that ahead of time about the great customer service and how quick Alamo is. Will choose again.

The first vehicle I got was making a funny clunking sound, so I turned around in the airport and brought it right back. They didn't give me any hassle at all and let me pick out a new vehicle instead. The second one (Ford Bronco) was amazing! Great on gas, could sync up my phone for GPS, push to start - it was perfect for my weekend trip to visit with my sisters. Thanks Alamo!

A flawless experience. They had multiple shuttles from the airport to rental area. As soon as we stepped out of the airport, we stepped onto the shuttle.
When we arrived to the rental area, we stepped off and was immediately guided to the area to pick out our rental car because I completed the "skip the counter" information. I will 100% be using this service again when I travel.

Fue una experiencia Maravillosa. El auto estaba en excelente estado, la chica que nos entregó el auto (Emily si bien recuerde) fue muy amable e incluso a la hora de entregarlo, que tuvimos en pequeño problema en nuestro viaje de regreso, fue genial en todo momento brindándonos mucha confianza. En ocasiones anteriores cuando solicitaba un auto no me entregaban el que había elegido, lo cual no sucedió con Alamo, incluso me dieron a elegir entre otros colores. Sin duda alguna volveré a Rentar con Alamo la próxima vez. Ahhhh impórtate paguen el seguro que les brinda la compañía, nunca se sabe que pueda suceder en el camino. Great car, great service. Only one issue…wiper blades needed replacing and the washer fluid was completely empty. I told the agent, Juan, upon my return and he took $25 off the bill for my inconvenience!

Best rates through Costco, minimal wait at the counter to pickup the car, I chose which car I wanted, very friendly staff, and quick return. Alamo will be my go to rental place in the future.

Got a great deal with Hopper app. Staff was friendly and professional. Had me on the road in about 5 minutes. My return was delayed and they were gracious and didn't use the opportunity to charge me an outrageous amount for the additional days. My deposit was released immediately on Monday.
I would definitely rent from there again.

We were on a mission. All was very organized and ready for our appearance to pick up the car. Upon return on Sunday, late morning, many cars being returned at the same all or most catching a flight, folks were on duty to direct where we were to park the auto, and off we went! Very efficient and organized!
