High pressure upsell, felt like I would have had negative consequences in some way or another had I refused. I'm still waiting to be accused of a big stain on the windshield or a rock chip on the grill, or bird $#*! that won't wash off.

Our original car company decided to go home just as our flight was landing. Alamo came to the rescue. We were greeted warmly and on return several days later the customer service representative remembered us immediately.Great service.Alamo came to the rescue and we will rent from them in the future.

I was charged an extra $57.25 for something unknown, if it was fuel, then they are taking advantage of me, Edinburgh could not have put more than 8 Liters of fuel in@ 2.88 British pounds per Liter= 23.04 British pounds. Everytime I rent a vehicle in UK or Ireland they try to take advantage, so I'm warning friends & family about your rental service in the UK

The Toyota Corolla we received was dented, scraped and was in poor overall condition. Almost felt like a joke when we opened the doors. It was late on a long day of travel & didn't feel like making a fuss with employees.

Very bad the person was supposed to help me was not very nice person he then walked away from the counter and almo will not rent me a vehicle not until another person went and got his supervisor by this time I was really up set and called him few names as a 80 yr old I think you should have style respect for this person
