The glasses are very nice and I love the frames, but the prescription feels different and a little bit more blurry than a previous pair of sunglasses that I got where I used the same prescription.
I first tried the Chat function. Answers wouldn't go through. Hit Return repeatedly. Finally figured out you can't use punctuation. A period at the end of a sentence prevented the chat from working. The Chat person never answered the original question so I then called. It just got worse. The woman was rude, gave confusing answers, and then got condescending when I told her to just cancel the order. After the frustrating Chat her she just made me angry. Now they are holding my refund for three days. I was happy with my first order, but it was my last. Won't use them again.

2. Their shipping speed is horrible. 7-14 days priced fine or 5-10 days priced at what you would pay for overnight shipping on other goods far larger. They only offer 2-3 day shipping on a single item (They say single prescription, but I had two pair of glasses with a single prescription and there was no 2-3 day option).
3. It will take between 3-5 weeks to receive your glasses if you order more than one pair, which is completely ridiculous.

I received my eye glasses from Zenni today. Upon opening the package I immediately tried them on. They were absolutely perfect. The fit, color, style and the lenses. 12 months ago I had cataract surgery. Post surgery I only need glassesfor reading. With customer service assistance. I ordered a pair of Progressive W/Transitional lenses, also Blu Blocker. The progressive lenses adjusted for reading are perfect. Iput them on right out of the package. No adjustment needed. I was having trouble reading with my new glasses from Zenni so I went to my local eye doctor to make sure the glasses were created in accordance with the prescription and that they were off by quarter points. I requested that Zenni provide me the corrected glasses after sending the results of my Visionex test, but they won't do so until I return the originals for inspection. Since I won't have anything to wear until they inspect it and return it, I inquired if they could rely on the doctor's inspection. They refused to work with me, therefore I am now without glasses and must wait for them to supply corrected ones. Be Cautious purchasing from Zenni.

I'm really amazed with this company, not only because their website is easy to navigate, they have fair prices, but also because their customer service is beyond of what I was expecting.

Got a pair of prescription glasses, and as far as correcting my vision, they're great. Only problem is that I spent about $150 extra on Transitions extaActives, and they barely work. I watched reviews on this specific version of Transitions, and these glasses get nowhere near as dark as I saw in my pre-purchase research. Direct sunlight tints them ever so slightly, but not nearly enough to make a difference. Certainly not enough to justify paying 6 times the price.

I order a pair of glasses, the prescription was wrong. I couldn't see out of them at all. I returned them a week later. They said they would give me a store credit. Then they tried to fix the prescription and sent me a second pair. It was still wrong. I couldn't see out of them at all. I returned them a week later. Then they said they would only reimburse me 50% of my money or send me the glasses back. Glasses that I can't use. So they kept $80 of my money so far... they are suppose to send me $40 and I have zero glassed and they still haven't sent me the rest of the money... its been a year! They are thieves

I have been using progressive readers for years from select-a-vision, opti-tech. They work amazing. I tried twice to get a sunglasses version from Zenni and both pair were blurry. I even selected the premium version the second time hoping they would work as advertised. The bottom of the glasses work good but the middle and top are blurry. I guess i should have just ordered the reader version on the bottom but didn't want to see a line. They came fast and look good but can't use them.

I've been using zenni for years. Ok, frame quality, some times pretty good!
The lens in the last few years have been fairly thin for a -5.00 correction with optically smooth surface.
Out of over 10 pair from them only one pair did I have any complaints with.
That being said. The very reasonable price of zenni products makes that easy to over look.

Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. However, we don't ever want to assume that needing time to adjust to the lenses is the only reason a customer could be having difficulty with their glasses; consequently, if you have recently purchased progressive lenses, and have problems seeing clearly through them, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105. Answer: I had the same experience. Very disappointing. When I called about the problem they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. I was able to return them for a Zenni credit, less shipping costs. Waiting to see if the second pair is better...
