We needed a backup pair for our 6 year-old daughter and I wanted a pair that came with a strap, so that they wouldn't get lost. She was and has been pretty excited to wear them, in fact she chooses to wear these over the ones we got at the eye doctor. Love the variety and prices of your products.

I have been purchasing eye-ware from zenni for years now, 10 pairs plus and have generally been pleased but 6 months ago I bought a pair of aviator prescriptions sunglasses and the plating is chipping off and when I contacted them they told be to but a new pair of frames and I asked them "so I got what I paid for?" And they didn't bother to reply.
I like how light these glasses are. They fit well. I got them in the leopard print. Stylish, without being flashy. I made them into sunglasses as suggested in the picture. I'm very happy with them.

This is the 2nd time I've sent my prescription to Zenni. The first time the lenses were not correctly made and the power for the lenses did not span the entire lens resulting in a narrow field of vision. After contacting customer support they said it was my fault because I had ordered the wrong frames for my prescription. What!? I'm not an optomotrist...if they can't make their lenses fit their frames how is that my fault? I sent that pair back. I followed their instructions and ordered a different frame using their sizing parameters so that they could make lenses for them that would accommodate my prescription. I received the 2nd pair and they were worse than the first pair PLUS the prescription was wrong (confirmed by my opthalmologist's office). It has taken me 3 months to try to get a working pair of glasses from them. What's worse is they won't even give me a full refund. Very disappointed!
