Great glasses at a great price! I've been ordering them for 8 years. Not one problem!
Zenni was super fast and easy to navigate and the number of choices are endless. The prices are wonderful and I cannot wait to shop here again. However one of my glasses did come slightly damaged which was disappointing. They have magnetic sunglasses and I guess the magnet was very strong because it ripped off the magnet on the actual glasses! Other than that I love this company.
These glasses actually stay on, even my insanely active 6 year old son, and they're very durable. He has dropped them several times while learning to put them on, put them away, and clean them. Not a single scuff not scratch to show for it! The lenses don't pop out either which is a big deal for a school aged child not always under my supervision. My son also says they're very comfortable and he loves to wear them. We did go with several upgrade options and do not regret a single one. It really didn't even make them expensive. The much less kid friendly ones through insurance would have cost us more and I guarantee he'd have broken both frames and lenses by now.

I placed an order and received my package with out any problems. Very happy with my selection and they fit perfectly. This was my second order within a month. For some reason the first pair did not have the auto tint for the sun but I still wear them anyway. Have told numerous people about Zenni glasses and several have already gotten new glasses. Just love this company and so glad we found them. The price is great when on a fixed income and the product exceeds the price. Will most definitely will continue to get my glasses from Zenni

Using Zenni for the first time, I was pleased with how easy it was to use. I have bifocals and it took me awhile to get use to them, but it is going pretty well. I have only had no line bifocals for years and did not anticipate having regular bifocals again until they came in the mail, but gradually adjusting. The glasses are a little bigger on my face than I hoped but I didn't see a smaller size. Altogether I can read and see everything I need to which is what I needed in a pair of glasses at an extremely low price.

Viral signs are on a back lit screen across the room, medication bottles are tiny and require that I read them. Taking my readers on and off was annoying and wasted valuable time. Not great. I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone on replacing or returning my order so I had to go through a different company to get a new pair of glasses sent to me that were actually adult size frames.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses.
