I bought 5 items from wooden street out of which 3 items that i received were poor quality. They told they will replace one of them and took the product. After few days returned the same product with some paintings.

Other repair works, keep following for more than 1 month and always they provide false commitments. Very very poor support after you purchase a product.

I ordered a dining table set with 6 chairs on 20th Feb, 2023. The order was partially delivered after 6 weeks on 1st April. They only delivered a chair and the table. Rest 5 chairs were not delivered. After multiple enquiries, I got to know from them that due to their technical glitch, they manufactured only the table and a chair. And it would take another 15-20 days for the rest 5 chairs to be delivered. So even after paying the full amount I have to wait for almost 3 months for the products to get delivered. These people are very unprofessional. Never expected this kind of service from them.

Wooden street:- one of worst experience…. Product quality is bad and not as per design selected.
Henry 3 seater sofa that was selected was of 4 leg but when it was delivered it was making noise in middle part of the sofa they took it back and took more than a months time to rectify. They have to increase the extra leg to reduce the noise which makes my sofa look funny and not as selected.
In case of Henry Ottoman there was a wobbling issue and design issue at upper border of the ottoman. They have solve the wobbling issue but did not accepted the design issue and delivered the same as it is.
After sales service is very bad and no one in wooden street accepts their fault.
They say they have technical team and after quality check they send product which is false…
Whoever is going for the brand woodenstreet, please think twice thrice or many times before selecting the brand woodenstreet.

Ordered wall shelves, even after 45 days its not delivered. Everytime there are different kind of excuses and every time the delivery date is within 2-3 when you call the helpline. They are not committal about delivery and cancellation is not an option too.

Avoid ordering on this site, if you order, ensure you DO NOT use any discount coupon - Its a trap. Read the cancellation policy before you order.

I would be approaching the consumer court soon.

Nicolas L-shaped sofa has been positioned in the wooden street. According to the schedule provided, we have not yet received the merchandise. So, follow up with the people working in the show room and customer service. After taking the order, no one answers the phone. I went numerous times to get my goods. The worst customer service in recent memory. The product falls short of expectations.

We purchased a dining table and 4 queen beds from wooden street two months back. We still dont know where the dining table despite several calls which they dont answer or either put us on hold for several hours. They delivered beds after two months but has never sent a carpenter to assemble them. They ask to raise tickets but never respond to the tickets. Despite calling them every day for two months they don't respond. They keep saying we will look into it whenever they answer. They dont give any details who we are talking to either. The products are worth 2 lakhs and everything is now put to waste.

Unfortunately, the only mistake we did is we have not seen any reviews before ordering.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GOODS IN WOODENSTREET. DON'T TRUST THEM. I STILL WONDER HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS TILLDATE. Worst experience i ever had and worst customer service i have ever seen.

Purchased a TV Unit from Woodenstreet and noticed it had a defect when it was delivered. Contacted them the same day and was assured the carpenter will visit and fix it. Over the next few days, we started noticing more issues with the product, mainly cupboards do not close and drawers do not open. Filed multiple tickets and the issue is still unresolved even after 18 days. Customer support does not pick up the phone if you are an existing customer. If you choose new customer, you are connected immediately. They continue to say the same thing every time - issue will be fixed tomorrow - and try to close the issue as soon as possible. Still waiting after multiple assurances that it will be fixed. Haven't been able to use the product I purchased and they refused to take it back. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Worst product worst customer service. Baat krne store per jaao to inke(HSR) 2nd floor per ek lady single room mei baithkr bolti hai non- sense people ko bhgao yha se ye to attitude hai inka. Madam hm jaise nonsense people ki wajah se aap AC room mei MacBook ke saath khelti hai. Inka executive bolta aap road per jaakr bolo store mei nhi kyo product road se to nhi liya tha to bhaiya jha se product liya complain bhi whi karenge.
Please don't buy any product from this fake co. Because I have purchased coffee table with four stools after 15 days table and stool both had so many cracks. Complain kro to full on arrogance as I have mentioned in earlier para.

The initial experience when you go into a store might be very good but once you have decided to buy, your struggle starts. Its been 6 months and still counting but the issue with the bed ordered was not resolved. From past couple of months, i don't even see a response from the support team as well. It feels like I'm following-up with a non-living thing. Tried calling the support team and they promise you to come back with status in an hour or so but nothing happens. You have to call again, explain to someone else from the support team and the process continues. If you want to save your time and hard earned money, you know what to do. Look elsewhere

I have ordered wall clock 1 month back still i haven't receive the product and i have already done the payment, I'm trying to contact the support people but they are not responding. I lost my money my suggestion please don't use this site

Experience is frustrating and regrettable!

1- "Delivery Time is huge": 4-5 weeks for normal items like table and décor items and for bigger items sofa, bed and dining table it is 5-7 weeks. You have to wait for almost 2 months to receive the order. The time you spent in follow up is also huge, one can go to Ara Machine, buy woods, hire carpenter, and get the items done in a month. That would be cheaper, less time consuming and satisfying.
2- After waiting for 2 months you receive defective items. I received 70% of the items defective and few of my friends experienced the same thing (when I asked them, they were like you should have consulted us before buying from Wooden Street). In my case Corners were chipped off of the tables, shaky legs and scratches, tiles were broken not glues.
3- After receiving the defective items you again go the vicious circle. Call customer care (who doesn't care), write follow up emails, send pictures and videos, Go the store from you placed orders. Do some arguments and all that. It wastes another 2-3 weeks,
4- After wasting 3 months, if they accept your request (very unlikely) to send someone for service or to replace items - It takes another 4-5 or 5-7 weeks.
5- So in total you waste almost half a year with them, lots of time and money in follow ups, Stress and Frustration and at the end, what you get is a lesson Not to buy from Woodenstreet.

Note - Do not go one reviews of their website (it's all 5 stars or 4 stars), I posted review of 3 items (1 star) and those were never posted on their website. I think it's either fake or paid-up.
I think government should ban them for wasting 6 months of customer's time.

I visited the WoodenStreet store near my neighborhood randomly with my friend. She was a regular customer of the brand and very keen that I should also buy something. So, I decided to buy a small bookshelf for my side table. At first, I thought it was a waste of money. However, it turned out to be a versatile and functional piece of furniture in my home. Its color goes amazingly with my home, It is sturdily built and carries more than 20 books of mine, and I think it was worth the money and time I invested. I m definitely recommending WoodenStreet to everyone who needs stylish furniture for their modern homes.

A few months back, I purchased a king-size bed from my nearby furniture store, and it turned out to be a disaster, it caught termite soon, and its finish got scratched out with my fingernail. Also, it was not the design I expected it to be. I was very distorted and confused about was to do about my bed situation. Then my friend suggested I check out WoodenStreet.com. I was very unsure at first because of my early experience. But I desperately needed to replace it and get a suitable bed. So, I checked out their collection. I m still in awe of the brand variety in their amazing designs, modular furniture, colors, finish, and prices. I bought a beautiful king-size bed at a reasonable price, and the color, design, and finish are perfect for my home. Also, they gave free delivery and installation, which was like the cherry on the top. I suggest everyone try out WoodenStreet's perfect furniture once in their life.

This is pathetic online platform, while buying promised in 3-4 weeks delivery. Now saying by 7 weeks.

They just take 100% advance and do not deliver the product within estimated time and they wont return your money either. They just keep on promising delivery date next week every time. They are looters, pathetic and liars. Dont be fooled by them. They are a big scam in the name of furniture. If you go to the their showroom, they also dont have any answers and they will talk to their customer support team which again will make false promises again and again which they were and are already doing from the beginning.

Worst Company. We ordered Product on 22June22 and no product till 13Aug22. Half refund done after huge fight daily leaving my work from Aug3rd. Complaint number '*******' They saying they need to cut wood and all reasons when we call. And no one from support know where is your product and why half refund

If you are planning to buy your furniture for next life, if any, please buy it from wooden street. Because they will, make sure to deliver with in 5-6 week after your are reborn.
In case you are not sure of next life and want to use the furniture in your current life, never buy it from wooden street.

This is biggest scam company in India don't order from this website I had ordered lights from them 40 days ago and I never received them tried calling their customer service they will leave u on hold and never answer u back guys don't order anything from wooden street

I took a bed and a side table from wooden street. With in 4 -5 months wood got spoiled. They says that it original sheesham wood but wood got spoiled. They say that you will get a carpenter service within 2-3 days but that never happens. This is not just happened to me so many people a facing the same issue.
