This is a cheating website / company. There will be nobody to listen to you or answer to you after you make payment to them. You are at your own luck for getting the products. The company is not responsible for your orders seems like. Sales person will tell you that they have no clue because they are hired only for sales for order update you need to contact the customer care, and customer care will only misguide you.
I ordered decorative plates. 7 total for over 5000 Rs. They forwarded my order to some company called quirky india which makes the worst quality of products. The print on the plates was poor thick pixels, incoherent, non-symmetric. Half the designs sent to me were wrong and not what i ordered. The entire order was just complete garbage. Nothing looked half as good as the images on their website. Just completely got duped by them. Its been over 2 weeks and my complaint has not been resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Just another garbage Indian scammer out there to loot people.
We have visited Whitefield and HSR store 2 weeks back and decided to buy "Wallace Computer Table With Drawers". We have placed an order online and received damaged and defective item. They have initiated the return and exchange process but exchanging of the damaged product doesn't mean they will repair the same damaged product and send it again saying its a new product. There are still issues with table delivered to me. The latch is not getting locked properly and there are deep dents in the top part of the table. Also the repair that you people have done is clearly visible. The crack is still visible on the surface. Didn't expect this kind of service from a renowned brand like that of yours. How can these guys be so ignorant about their reputation in market and the satisfaction of their valued customers.
Wooden Street consistency is very important in creating a good experience. I had a fantastic experience buying things from you guys-significant amount.
I must confess I was delighted by the east of the buying experience. To a point, I was raving about your systems and processes to the people I met.
After I was don't buying 80% of my stuff from your store, you have done what most average businesses do ruin the experience in the remaining 20%.
My stuff came broken (which is ok) the replacement is taking for ever. And to top it all, there is absolutely 0 customer support. From template answers to we will call you and no one calls you, it is the same poor experience I thought was setting you apart.
You have lost a loyal customer. I was almost about to buy everything related to home furniture from you.
Wish and hope you understand and work towards consistently being the business you were in my first interaction.

10. This is blatant Fraud. I shouldn't have trusted them in the first place. Dont ever place order.
I am trying to File Police case and Send members to their office
1) They will charge 100% advance with no return policy.
2) after pay you need to wait minimum 2 months for update.
3) Also no guarantee for the product.
4) be careful if you want purchase from wooden street.
I placed my order for a bookshelf (engineered wood) on 26 January, 2022 and it's been 8th March, 2022 - NO change to order status (in Progress). I had raised multiple tickets and my brother spoke to multiple customer care executives. We were promised delivery by 3rd March (latest) but even that was not complied to. Shameless company and shameless supply chain; better look elsewhere if you want your products delivered. Pepperfry, Flipkart and Amazon - all deliver before promised date and never take months to get something delivered
Products ordered - Floreta Shoe rack and Winster 5 seater sofa Shesham wood on Nov 19th 2021. Issues still ongoing as on Feb 13th 2022.
Be prepared for the below experiences
1 - No return policy even if there is a damaged furniture sent by WS
2 - No refund policy even if there is a damaged furniture sent by WS
3 - WS sent furniture with chip offs and cracks and they were not ready to replace it. They insisted on sending a carpenter to repair it which i have not agreed to.
4 - Even if the furniture is in damaged condition when it is unpacked in front of you, they will not take it back. They will insist on sending a carpenter to repair it.
5 - Very rude and unresponsive customer care. No apathy for customer issues and needs to be followed up for months together.
6 - JP Nagar branch with smooth talking reps who will show you the furniture in good finish condition but you cant expect the same when you get the product delivered. They will wash their hands off when you start facing issues during delivery and installation. You will be left to deal with bad customer care reps after that.
I still am waiting for the armrest of one of my sofa that was damaged during installation to be replaced. Its been more than 2 months. They sent a replacement after one month but it was a different size altogether. I am tired of following up with them.
Initially I wanted to furnish my entire house from WS. After 2 months of nightmarish delivery and installation experience I have dropped the entire idea and will consider buying from other furniture stores or from a local Jodhpuri furniture maker if it comes to it.

In name of company policy they are not at all accommodative which allows opting for product which can also serve the customer requirements. When visited the shop for display hardly any products to actually feel and check but then have to for online options which can be misleading. The Divan I bought mentioned 6 feet but effective area is quite less. When requested for replacement with high value product they straight away refused. Not customer friendly
Please do not go for wooden street. Save you time and money. I had spent more than 1 lakh and haven't received the product after 50 days... customer service is pathetic... before making the purchase they were so courteous and prompt... after paying them no response at all regarding delivery of product... I strongly recommend every one to not fall prey to their positive reviews on their website... they are all forged and selectively posted in their website... just to make you believe... give a try by posting some review less than 2 stars... it will never show up...
Worst online shopping experience. While ordering, it was mentioned in the product description that the shipping will be done in 7 days. I did not expect that it will take 7 weeks to deliver it. There is no proper delivery date mentioned anywhere. Every day I call CC, each agent used to give different reasons for the delay- one person said it is in quality check, and the very next day, another agent said the truck met with an accident and the product was damaged. Now I have many acquaintances in the WoodenStreet CC agents as I have been talking with them every day for 7 weeks regarding my order. Order finally got delivered and am still waiting for the carpenter. God knows how long he is gona take to come and assemble it. Have not opened the package yet. I am sceptical now after reading so many reviews about damaged product delivered. Hence, waiting for the carpenter to come and do the opening ceremony. So far a frustrating experience. I will update based on the progress.
Wooden street is full of fraudsters. It's more than a month my order is neither delivered not my money is refunded. Never ever order any product in this fraud online website. They are experts in cheating and want us to forget the order we have placed with them
I had the worst experience with Wooden Street, I had visited the Kalyan Nagar Store on Saturday in order to aggregate my furniture purchase for a house moving plan by end of month. Right from the beginning the management was very rigid in their terms and conditions, offering no flexibility in their payments despite their being no commitment on their delivery time. All the follow ups were from our end with no proactive reach out from the store. Despite escalations no second level has bothered to reach out. I have decided to cancel an order with 2.5 Lakhs with a competitor. Iam sure they will be happy to oblige.
We have ordered Sofie dining table with 6 chairs of dark walnut finish and we received 1dining table with 4 Sofie dining table chairs of Dark walnut finish and 2 chairs of honey finish and this was repeated for three times. We requested them many times to replace, the 2 honey finish chairs with 2 DARK WALNUT FINISH CHAIRS but they have never responded and left us with no choice than writing this review. And now we see cracks on the Sofie dining table, just after few months of purchase.
The site says "shipped in 7 days". But once the order is placed, and you track your product, it says 5 to 7 weeks! Customer service is extremely unhelpful. I'm feeling so trapped!
Purchased dining table set by ordering through HSR Layout outlet. Delivery person does not pick up phone to coordinate time, finally left at the door at odd hour when we were not home. Supposed to be assembled within 48 hours, no one comes. Online chat: same promise " someone will call you" none at all. Same story from store personnel they stop picking your call after initial nice talk. Mail - ticket after ticket, none responding. Helpline is farce! After 10 days of futile attempts we assembled ourselves there was no other way. However, the product is of good quality. Why write this: imagine you get a defective product - you had it, they simply did not have it in them in my case, hope you have better luck with the team. Trust some one at the helm notices this.
Please don't trust on wooden street guys. Order will take more than 2 months to deliver. Even you request to expedite, there is no action on it. There is no cancellation and refund, if you are not happy in between or order is delayed or customer has some other reason to cancel the order then there is no option for the cancellation and refund process. You have pay the entire amount in one go and after that all with woodenstreet and its their wish when to deliver the product. There no customiztion, you have to select the product available on the website. Also price is very high, all discounts are for namesake. Better before deciding buying anything from woodenstreet, check local dealers for sheshamwood furnitures for more options and verities with competative price. Hope this helps some one.
I generally do not write reviews, but the experience with Wooden street was so pathetic that I thought it would be not right on my part to at least inform other customers looking to buy from Wooden street.
I purchased a sofa-cum bed from their website. The delivery time mentioned was 5-7 weeks, but after multiple follow-ups and calls, they finally delivered it almos after 3 months and the most interesting thing was that none of the customer service rep was aware of the actual status. After the item was delivered, you had too again request them multiple times for the installation. While installing, the carpenter mentioned that they did not deliver all the components required for installation so it took additional 10 days to get the missing components and finally almost after 4 months the furniture was installed.
But that too did not last even a day. Not sure if the installation was defective or the material itself that they use is of poor quality, but the few of the guiding rails and the support came out the very next day. It's already been over 2 weeks, I'm still struggling to get a response from their side.
Additionally, the most pathetic part of buying from wooden street is not their delay or quality, its their customer service team. They do not have any status and neither they are helpful. They only have a standard answer " The concerned department will call you back " which never happens.
I would not recommend Wooden Street to any of you and if you want a quality product and a furniture in couple of weeks, then you should definitely try to stay off Wooden street. Unfortunately, this site does not allow for negative stars, but frankly, that is what Wooden street deserves.
