I bought this study table with chair for my daughter named Pixie study table. It's a good quality and attractive furniture for kids. She is loving it. The delivery was on time. I found Rohit from the installation team very humble and professional. Due to summer vacation I was out of town, I requested him to put the table in warehouse safely for a month. He did the same and came for the delivery when I called him. The installation was quick, I have already placed my second order Adolph, dining table with bench and waiting for the delivery.

I placed my furniture order online for the first time and it was a double bed named Adolph. I spoke to the sales team and later I received an email confirming my order and I was updated whenever the status of my order changed (by the same person, prompting me to call that same person if I should have any queries along the way).

I got it delivered on time with no damage. I'm now convinced that ordering furniture online really does work. Straightforward, no hassle and I didn't even have to leave home. Oh, and I'm really pleased with the furniture.

My first product with WoodenStreet and I must say the most horrible experience with them. Order ID#*******. They are the most unprofessional people running a business. Cant stick to a commitment and if that has slipped there is no communication from their end. I had to repeatedly call them over a period of 2 weeks continuously trying to find out status of the delivery. It has been more than a month and I have not yet received the product. One of the representatives on their support number(Sachin Bhardwaj tells me gaadi to apne raaste pe hai aur apni time pe pahunch jayegi) This is what you get to hear from their support team after a delay of more than 2 weeks. Their escalation manager(Satish) does not have the decency as well. He was on the call with me and tells me he will get back and then transfers that call to a support representative. I just cant imagine how terrible that is from a customer service point of view. Overall I have not received their product and now I do not trust them for their product also since they could not get me trust what they said and committed. If anyone buying from these people please ensure that you have written commitments from them else you are going to end up having an experience like me. I hope they understand what customer service is and learn to be responsible for what they are doing. THanks!

#Liars #Fraud - Never before have I seen a company where commitments to a customer are disrespected. Starting from executives to senior managers to BD manager - all will make an excuse to lie about the true status of product.

In a horrific experience that has lasted for over 2 months and still continues to be On, this company ships products that reach a customer's home in a broken condition after 7 weeks of wait. Point taken that they their lead time is high, but now starts the menace. They will not refund because their policy says so.

I have made several calls unsuccessfully to get my money back. Every new call was with a new executive who has to be told the entire story. They will not escalate the call despite multiple requests. Once escalated, a new person will make a commitment that a replacement is scheduled and will be delivered. Post the miss, the next person will make the same commitment. This is like an endless loop. I have shared the escalation to their Founder's, the Grievance contact - but unfortunately no one would care. Today, when I have an email from their BD manager that a refund will be initiated if the commitment is not met(and it did not meet), instead of fulfilling this commitment I again got an email that I will receive a replacement.

2 Months and 7 days on - I have broken coffee table in my living room of a new apartment. This entire experience is so frustrating and humiliating, as a customer I would urge everyone to be careful while dealing with this company. For the record, in each call I am not confirmed a refund because their Policy says so. In 2018 with companies like Amazon competing, letting the customer get frustrated for weeks is OK for them but not initiating a refund.

Worst experience with wooden street. The products are so bad. It looks good only at looking. Once you buy the product, you realize the quality of the product. I bought a coffee table and within 3 months, the plank of the table came out. I called customer service and they said they cannot replace this defective product. The company said instead of replacing the defective product they will send the local carpenter to fix it. On daily basis, i am calling them, sending mails. No one has come to fix it up.
After spending 15k, i was not expecting the defective product. If you really want to safe yourself from a bad experience never buy anything from wooden street. They all are cheaters. First they sell you a defective product which gets wrecked in few months, then they won't change or fix it. Instead of buying from them, better but 2nd hand furniture, it will work better.

I placed an order ******* on Jun 28,2017 and the order is still not delivered fully. After numerous calls/emails and Whatsapp chats they started delivering products in September mid and that too of poor finish and effects. When i spoke to their Bangalore experience center head, she said, "our sales team takes orders to complete targets are they forget to manufacture". The whole team - customer care, sales and manufacturing, is very unprofessional. No matter how hard you try they just do not care.
Moreover - If there is any issue with the product, they will not take return and refund money. They even did not care about filing a complaint in National consumer forum. NCF finally advised me to file a case in consumer court which i have done now.
I wrote to their founders so many times but not even a single response. I understood that the organization where the founding members are ignorant of the customer issues, how can their teams be responsible.
It's not just about the delivery issues but also the quality of deliverable - bed, the drawer nails opened up while pulling it out, Dining table top had multiple finishing issues, Display unit was delivered with a bend etc. It's like you are trapped once you pay money because not every customer takes matter to the court otherwise they would have learnt to respect customer by now.
I won't recommend anything to anyone - take your call if you still want to risk your hard earned money.

Avoid this online furniture shop "Wooden Street" strictly. They sell inferior products and have pathetic customer service. Bought a bed with minimum craft work. They delivered the product after 6 weeks but still have inferior quality of wood, with bends across the planks. It does not stop at that, the measures of the furniture are off at several places. If you really want solid wood furniture, there are many other online sellers. Made a mistake by switching vendors and falling for this online marketing. Trust me their customer care and even founders are non-responsive to your plea. They don't have CoD options, so you have to pay upfront and then be at their mercy. #woodenstreet #onlinefurniture

I purchased from their website custom dining table worth 50K+ and even after 90 days the order is not delivered. I contacted their ccare multiple times but every time they come with some excuse and twice they lied about the product being already shipped. I later realised that this was just their tactics to buy time. Next time you call them, they will comeup with some new excuse on why the product is not yet shipped. Their management doesn't bother to respond to emails or escalations. I would request everyone to stay off and not make any purchases from their site.

The way they provide service and customer satisfaction is really superb. I called them to inquire about study table. They provide me the best guidance according to my need and budget.
They deliver the product very fast as well installed it very carefully into my room.
