I really really am happy with the quality of the product I've received from Coleman furniture. The descriptions are always correct when it says it's real leather, that's what it is when it says it's top grain you can guarantee that it's top grain leather. I have placed two orders in the last 15 years and I've always been extremely pleased without even seeing the product before. I would not hesitate to place an order at Coleman furniture. But always research your product against other sides that's a given.

The table and chair is beautiful. My only disappointment is that I was supposed to receive a call to schedule the "white glove" delivery. I never received a call and the delivery guys just showed up with it as we were moving my son into his new home. Thankfully we were there. Also, the guys left a big mess of tiny Styrofoam pieces all over the floor that they did not clean up.
The delivery men had great communication with about arrival time. They put the bed up quickly and very nice! Super happy with this bed!
This unit delivered and it was assmebled wrong, when we figured it out the driver had already left. The unit is backwards and then upon closer inspection had a hidden wood crack that was covered up with some dark material to hide it so it wouldn't be visible without a flashlight or bright l light. Your customer service team and has been fighting us every step of the way since we signed for the order. They finally agreed to take the unit back and have had it for over a week and we still don't know what's going on. We paid over $1400 for this unit, we don't have it, we aren't sure what's happening, and I'm very close to just charging it back to my credit card company and being done with this. This is my first experience with your company and at this rate it might be my last. You can't even imagine how frustrating it is to pay $1400 for a unit that was order in the the beginning of December, you're out the money, you don't have the furniture and when you get it back, you're not sure if you're even going to be able to use it.

We were very pleased at the quality of the wood and leather rocking chair. Beautiful dark wood and the leather is a soft brown with speckled dark spots that give it a nice texture.
Took a while to get here but overall is a good experience. Good quality couches and stuff. It just took a little long to get there. That's the only complaint that I have. Would we do it again? Yeah I think we would
We went to Ashley Furniture cause we saw the couch online. Ended up finding THE SAME EXACT COUCH from Coleman Furniture for almost $2000 LESS than the store was offering it at during their "big sale"! Yes, LESS & QUICKER than the Ashley store! SAME COUCH! The delivery guys were amazing as well! Will purchase more furniture from Coleman in the future!

Length of time to get furniture was not good and unexpected as no information is available until after order was placed. I did receive several emails telling me order was progressing but still not very informative of when I would receive furniture. I then got an email saying it was ready for delivery out of the blue.
The delivery company was horrible to deal with. They provided a window for delivery 48 hours before which I accepted and the changed it next day with no options available except to delay an additional week or accept their new time. This was tremendously inconvenient and Teri le customer service. I will never allow delivery from that company again
While it took a LOT longer to be delivered than expected ( This was the last mile delivery folks and not Coleman that caused delay- although Coleman should have followed up on the delivery to ensure timely delivery.) when it arrived it was in great condition and was installed as requested..
Not only are Coleman products top quality…their customer service is outstanding. I received a bar chair that was damaged and Coleman offered to send me a replacement. No hassle! I highly recommend Coleman Furniture!

My furniture was delivered 2 weeks after the promised date. I had already discarded my other furniture. Once it was received by the delivery company, it was a further slight delay.
Nice furniture. Leadtimes are not accurate on their site at all. Ended up being 3 to 4 time longer than indicated. Main pcs were 2 to 3 weeks longer. Otherwise good experience.
I bought a bedroom set at the beginning of December. After they sent me a message to schedule the delivery using a system that didn't work, someone contacted me in mid-January to schedule the delivery, and after that, it took a few more days.
Worked with me for a unique order where we wanted to buy the furniture but needed a couple of months before delivery. They handled the whole experience well so we could complete our home renovations.

The bed I purchased (made by Renegade Furniture Group) developed a loud squeak that wasn't detectable at delivery. I provided videos and cooperated fully for weeks, but Coleman refused a return because delivery paperwork was signed.
Months of back-and-forth and no real solution. Not recommended.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
