My furniture was delivered 2 weeks after the promised date. I had already discarded my other furniture. Once it was received by the delivery company, it was a further slight delay.
Nice furniture. Leadtimes are not accurate on their site at all. Ended up being 3 to 4 time longer than indicated. Main pcs were 2 to 3 weeks longer. Otherwise good experience.
I bought a bedroom set at the beginning of December. After they sent me a message to schedule the delivery using a system that didn't work, someone contacted me in mid-January to schedule the delivery, and after that, it took a few more days.
Worked with me for a unique order where we wanted to buy the furniture but needed a couple of months before delivery. They handled the whole experience well so we could complete our home renovations.

The bed I purchased (made by Renegade Furniture Group) developed a loud squeak that wasn't detectable at delivery. I provided videos and cooperated fully for weeks, but Coleman refused a return because delivery paperwork was signed.
Months of back-and-forth and no real solution. Not recommended.
Initially we received a damaged piece with the counter badly damaged during shipping. They communicated via TxT & email & sent a new product within 3 weeks following review of my photos & discussions (I assume) with the shipper

We love our table. Looks even better in person! Our delivery men were wonderful. On time and took great care to install everything and show us how to work the leaf.
Was promised delivery in 3-4 days. It took more than a month and when delivered one of the boxes was missing two of the #7 shelves. So, not i'm waiting for those shelves and wondering how long this will take.
I am enjoying my new piece of Coleman furniture…a love seat that completes the room…. I feel I need to tell you the two young men who delivered were wonderful. They were very business-like and efficient. Probably one of their biggest challenges was the driveway but the one who drove the truck maneuvered the truck like the professional he is. They removed their shoes and entered the house and i could tell they were a practiced team in getting the piece ready to sit upright. I appreciate young men like these.
I like the manner in which I am able to do this. I have not seen an approximate shipping date, however.
Love this. I'm an adult. Bought my 1st piece of real furniture. Now I can't resotre one as a low budget moderate level "wood worker"... my wife says yeah... no-another midlife crisis.

Purchasing the chair for my home office from Coleman could not have been easier. I did it all on line in 5 minutes and got the chair in 5 days
Order placed, order shipped 4-5 weeks later, scheduled delivery via text message. Delivered and installed no problem. Overall it was easy
The headboard was kinked, dinged and dented in many areas, the delivery team left debris all over our driveway, the delivery team borrowed a box cutter and never returned it. After many unsuccessful attempts to get resolution on this we requested $450 in refund but was told that was not going to get approved by the manufacturer. After getting denied our request of refund credit we will want a replacement headboard but with it being installed by myself because we don't want your delivery team borrowing any tools or leaving any debris in our driveway. We will never recommend your company moving forward after the way we have been treated.
When I ordered the furniture I was unaware that your version of delivery and mine wasn't the same. I was under the impression that the box would not be just left at the door. My expectation was that the chair would be set up and my very heavy recliner that I was replacing would be moved to my garage. This would entail moving the old chair about 45 feet. My husband and I are both older 82 & 76. I offered to pay the delivery team cash if they would at least move my old chair to no avail. I do not have a very good feeling about any additional orders I may have made to Coleman furniture. When I go back to the web site, I see that it says free shipping and set up. Great disappointment on my end.
The online website offers many options. We were able to find the perfect entertainment center for our apartment. The delivery service was excellent. We are very happy with the quality of the unit and the overall experience. Highly recommend Coleman.
We love our Emilia Caramel Modular Sectional from Coleman Furniture. It's strong, comfortable, and saved us money compared to Ashley Furniture. We first saw it at Ashley but ordered from Coleman instead—so glad we did!
The guys were friendly and courteous. Took their time to decide on steps to take to take care of the furniture. Also helped put on furniture leg pads and remove old loveseat.
I chose this company, because I believe in this company. They sale a good quality merchandise and they're very responsible company.
I was looking for solid wood furniture to purchase. I stumbled on Coleman Furniture and decided to test whether quality can be delivered and indeed quality has been delivered. Soon after I purchased a chest of drawers, I was contacted by Coleman Furniture Customer Service representative who explained the expected delivery window since the piece had to be manufactured. The furniture was built quickly but given the wintry conditions the delivery window was long but worth the wait. I'm a happy customer. I wish there were nightstands available to match the dresser.

Only less than ideal portion was the delivery robo-dial scheduler. It would routinely call my on odd days and hours and leave me on hold waiting for an operator to answer their end. This happened twice over a weekend and the waits lasted 20+ mins.
All this said, the delivery and furniture seems great.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
