On September 3rd, 2024, I purchased the Angeline King Complete bedroom set. The furniture came in missing handles, cracked drawers, and non-closable drawers, and my house was banged into and marked.
It took me reaching out no less than eight times by email and three times by calling and disputing the charge before Coleman would even help me. The day before I had the defective bedroom set delivered, I ordered an office set with Coleman. I tried to cancel the order but Coleman would not let me. They wrote in three emails that "the office set would be thoroughly inspected many times before it was delivered and would not be delivered with any imperfections". The furniture was never inspected and it came defective, which I only noticed after Coleman again considerably damaged my newly remodeled home.
Coleman works by intimidation and screws the customer every chance they get. When you make a purchase, a several-page document with tiny writing appears, which you have to agree to, no one will spend hours trying to decipher the tiny writing or scroll through the pages for the length of time it takes to get through it. That is their "legal contract". The box only appears at check out, you do not get a copy, they refuse to send me a copy of the contract, and they make up ridiculous rules, so they have indemnity no matter what.
Do yourself a favor, and do not purchase anything through Coleman. On 11/21/24 (two months after the first incident with Coleman), when I told Rachel from customer service that I was going to write an honest review, I was told it seemed "like [I] was threatening Coleman and that I would need to work everything out with customer service (her) directly". It has been two months and I am still fighting with Coleman customer service to remedy the issue. The desk cannot be repaired. Two furniture restoration experts later (not through Coleman) and the desk is still all screwed up. I took a reduction in price for the bed. The desk is unfixable, according to two expert furniture restorers. The desk needs to be replaced with a new one.
Coleman needs to replace the desk. I was never told that a warranty was an option and Coleman preys on the customer's vulnerability.
We have been wanting a dining room set for a while and finally found the one that checked cute boxes. The colors, quality, durability, aesthetics are all in point and we couldn't be happier. Extremely happy with the bar we got to store and display our liquor bottles - so happy with it!
Delivery communications were timely. Love the bar stools!

We were looking for an original sturdy, true wood style bedroom set, and came across this website. After researching the company, we took a chance with ordering our bed set without ever seeing it in person. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. Customer service was excellent, received updates on our order, and did not have to wait months for delivery. Received our king bedroom set within a month after placing our order. I highly recommend purchasing from Coleman!

I have had this couch for 2 months. I wasn't expecting to love this piece of furniture a much as I do. It gorgeous and very comfortable. The quality for the price far exceeds expectations. The cushions are fluffy and the covers are thick and easy to clean. Buy it, you won't regret it. I received it earlier than I thought and delivery was perfect. I'm very happy with this purchase.
This couch was listed at Ashley's for almost double the price. Coleman was efficient and quick at getting our new couch to us! The delivery process was so easy and the guys were great. Everything was in perfect condition. They also offer a great insurance policy on your items. Would 10/10 recommend

My new king bed matches my 15 year old queen bed perfectly. Delivery and assembly was good and professional (no dents on walls or bed). It did take a long time to be shipped (4-5 weeks) but I was told that in advance and I am very pleased overall.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
